Capítulo 96: Be Reminded

Jeffery was transfixed as he glared into the eyes of the vampire he loved. He was filled with confusion and his head was beginning to feel like it was expanding. His sight glazed over as he deeply considered what Jessica had said to him. Jeffery knew there was no way she would say something like that and it would be a lie. She would not want to intentionally hurt him or lie against his father – someone she hadn't even met in her life.

Jeffery had always been confusd about Merle's action. Even as Merle had been handled and sadly fed upon and even as Jeffrey couldn't care less, the thought about where Merle got the effrontery to do what he did, bothered Jeffery every night.

As he looked at Jessica, Jeffrey didn't want to believe that she knew about this all this while and didn't mention it to him until now.
