Capítulo 14: Checking it all out

'I DON'T REMEMBER THIS BEING SO POWERFULLY BROKEN!?!??!' I screamed in my mind as I stared at the scroll before me which displayed better conversion rates than before. I started hyperventilating from being flabbergasted.

I nearly fainted from overstimulation when a gust of wind violently blew past me, making me shiver from the cold. That's when I noticed that the fire had stopped burning because all the wood used to make it had turned to ash. Regaining my focus and calmness I looked again at the conversion rate.

Refocusing my mind to concentrate on actually using my stat points. 'Okay, so what exactly do I want to use all these one hundred points on? Uhh.... Well, the conversion rate seems to have changed again.'

Going over what I would deem best for me right now, stamina seems to be a good choice considering what happened before, so I'll put some points into that, if I put 30 points into stamina that will be +24,000.

'WAIT WHAT!?!?? THAT DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT!?' I knew that the power my father gave me would give me an immense power up but I didn't know it would be this big! Maybe just 15 points into Stamina, that would be +12K, leaving me with 85 points left. 'Oh, hang on, it costs 3 points per 800, that makes more sense.'

[Ding!]

'Defence would be good for the same reason. Sink 20 points, no that would be 20K which would be a waste in my opinion, 10 points should be good.'

'That's now 75 points left to spend, I'm gonna focus more offensively now, so Magic and Strength. 50 into Strength and the remaining 25 into Magic? That seems good for now.'

'Yeah, this seems good for now. I guess it's time to test out my new strength, and maybe some of my new skills as well.'

I then headed out of the cave and didn't see the minotaur anywhere, that's when I realised that I never asked his name. And I didn't know how to call him, I suppose while I'm waiting, I can check out some of my skills then.

'Okay so; [Pain Resistance], [Seductive Movements], [Fire Absorption], [Aphrodisiac Pheromones], [Demon Aura], [Regeneration] and [Soul Flame] are all pretty self-explanatory. The [Soul Flame] skill is a fire that just burns the soul, [Pain Resistance] helps reduce any pain felt, [Seductive Movements] says it all, so does [Regeneration], [Aphrodisiac Pheromones] is also quite self-explanatory, [Fire Absorption] lets me absorb fire attacks I guess, is it limited to normal fire though? Maybe I do need to check this one out. [Demon Aura] is also pretty self-explanatory. Let's look at [Fire Absorption] then.'

[Fire Absorption: LvL. 2]

[Absorb 20% of all normal fire-based spells cast at you. Absorb 10% of all non-normal fire with a 2% chance of obtaining that fire type. Absorb 30% of all non-normal fire types that you possess.]

'Okay, pretty good, [Fire Absorption] will let me take on fire damage more. Next one is... [Hell Fire] I guess?'

[Hell Fire: LvL. 2]

[Summon the flames of Hell for your fire spells, giving it more damage and adding turning them into Hell Flames. Weak to Heavenly Flames.]

'Okay, rather simple description, easy to understand also. Next one is [Lust Flame]'

[Lust Flame: LvL 3 (NEW)]

[When used on those with an affinity for [Lust], it heals any wounds so long as it's given energy or the user is performing sex. When used on someone without the [Lust] affinity, they become extremely horny and can't perform any actions other than sexual ones. When lighting something on fire with this, it releases hormone inducing heat, the closer one is to the flame, the hornier they become.]

'Okay, very versatile, could be very effective if used correctly. Now the onto [Demonic Rampage].'

[Demonic Rampage: LvL. 2]

[Lose control of your actions and go on a rampage destroying anything and everything in sight. Lasts 1 hour. Increases all stats whilst in this state by +10% per level.]

'This one seems good but with a great downside in that I don't get to control my actions. Eh, could be a good hidden card if I'm backed into a corner. Last, but not least, [Curse of Lust], what does that even do?'

[Curse of Lust: LvL. 2]

[When used upon someone, the affect varies depending on the users' feelings towards the target. Effects range from constant arousal, to fucking things wildly, to never getting any release. One can only get this curse removed by someone with an equal or greater affinity with [Chastity], than the one who placed the curse.]

'Woah, that's... A lot more harmful than I thought it would be... And, what does it mean by [users' feelings], does that mean that I would have to hate them or something to get the best result or what? Well, it's not like I'll find out anytime soon so who cares.'

Sighing after that mentally exhausting reading session, I remove the Soul Scrolls from my view and look to the view before me. I can clearly see that it's a forest that's not too densely packed, I could still quickly make a pretty easy get away if I needed to, which I don't right now. In the distance I saw flames rising up, 'Those are from that horrid place that father destroyed.'

I looked over at it with a melancholic expression on my face. Normally I'd tear up at memories of my father, but this just shows me that I don't need to be so sad about it, as I now know that he will be watching over me, like my guardian angel, as ironic as that phrase may be.

Hearing rustling sounds coming from my right I lean into a fighting stance, ready for whatever may come, with some excitement as I would get a chance to try out my newfound strength. Narrowing my eyes, I prepare for an attack when suddenly the minotaur comes out of a bush and gets surprised by my presence.

"Oh! You came out, I would've thought you'd have stayed in the cave longer." He said while carrying two boar-kin over his right shoulder.

Casting my fire magic, I realised that I hadn't checked out my [Fire Runes] Skill but decided to go over it later.

'I wanted some fresh air.' I replied to him in fire text.

"Huh, well I got these two boar-kin while I was out, do you want them, you can have both, I'm not overly hungry after our last meal." He said as he walked over towards me.

'Yes please, I'm still quite hungry myself.'

"Mmm, I can imagine you are. Welp here you go." he said as he tossed them onto the ground in front of me.

Then I remembered that I was so very close to levelling up with both Soul and body so I asked, 'Are they dead yet?'

"No, I only managed to knock them into each other and then a tree. Why?" He asked with confusion.

'I'm close to levelling up.' I replied

"Ah! Good for you! Well Ima head back inside."

'WAIT!' I wrote out as I grabbed his arm.

"Hmm? What is it"

Touching my fingers I asked, 'Can I know your name please?'

"!!! AH! Where are my manners? Sorry, I'm Dorrak Stormfist"

'I'm Traytora Asmodeus Arizaraa.'

"Pleasure to meet you Traytora, enjoy your meal, I know you snake people like to eat your prey alive and in private." He said before walking back inside the cave.

Looking down at the boar-kin I grabbed one of them and quickly wolfed it down before stuffing myself with the next one before I'd even fully ate the first one. Soon enough both of them where in my first stomach.

Hmmm~ Delicious~

I then started the process of moving them both down to my tail stomach, which due to my hunger, went smoothly.

"Hahh~" Sighing at the euphoria I felt from that process I exhaled in satisfaction. 'Time to digest them and LEVEL UP! AAHHH!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!! [Devour]'
