SELENE

I slowly pulled away from him, only to see the shocked expression on his face. I took a few steps back to take a clear look at his face. Devon brought his hands up to his lips and touched them, and I noticed a smirk curved on his lips.

"You knew that the innocent-looking Selene wasn't so innocent after all." The words escaped his lips as he took a step closer to me and I frowned.

When Devon yelled and shouted at me, I was scared. I haven't been more scared like that in my life and I tried to think of another alternative to calm him down with begging.

thousands of thoughts ran through my mind and then a particular word rang in my head, "A woman is a man's weakness" I thought and then I figured that the only way to stop him from talking without getting him more upset was to kiss me and that was what I did.

Devon stepped closer to me, causing me to move back. "Maybe kissing him was a wrong idea," I thought, carefully watching my steps as I moved backward until my back hit the wall and Devon pinned me to the wall, attempting to kiss me

The hair on my skin stood, and I slapped him unintentionally. "Uh…Get out" I yelled. I didn't want to look weak in front of him, so I yelled that he should leave my room.

Not a single word left Devon's lips, and he just stared at me with his hand on his face and a crook smile on his face

"Again?" Devon asked, but I furrowed my eyebrow, confused.

"What?" I asked

"You slapped me again? Wow Selene, just wow," Devon said and swifter his gaze at me.

"Get the fuck out of my room, Devon. If you had left the room, then I wouldn't have slapped you. Respect yourself and get lost," I said without looking into his eyes.

His dry laughter filled the room. I could see that he was surprised. "Maybe I have passed my limit," I thought, but still I refused to let it show that I was scared of him

"Get out of my room Devon, I fucking hate you, just get lost," I continued "You should blame yourself for all of this because if you had let me go home to my family and my pack then no wolf would have dared to insult you"

"Don't fucking call the word home again, Selene, this is your home!!!" His voice rang through the room, causing me to shiver

"But this is not my home Devon, I don't want to be here. Just go to the girls that you said Like you, go to them and not me, I Don't like you, in fact, I hate you, Devon!!!" I yelled back with the same amount of energy he used to yell at me.

"Hate me for all you want, but it only makes it more challenging, and guess what? I love challenging things," He said and moved closer to me, holding my waist with his cold hand. He tried to kiss me, but I struggled. My strength was no match for his strength and it seemed like I wasn't even doing anything to stop me. I struggled with all the strength and energy I had. I was feeling weak, but it felt like my life depended on this.

"Leave me alone, Devon, don't force me!" I screamed and spat on his face, causing him to immediately let go of my hand, making me fall to the ground, hitting my back.

"Argh!" I growled in pain

"Guards!!!" Devon yelled in anger. His voice rang through the room and the aura instantly changed.

At that very minute, three guards entered the room and I quickly stood to my feet and straightened my nightdress

"Take her to the dark dungeon," He ordered, causing me to stutter, "What? What are you doing? Take me where?"

"Get go of me, Devon. Tell your guards to let go of me. Are you crazy? Have you guys gone mad?" I yelled and Shaked as I tried to break free from their grip.

"Damn... I hate demons. How come they have such strength?" I thoughts

"You've bitten more than you can chew Selene, you've done too much and I've forgiven you for too long," He said

"Tell them to leave me alone Devon, what's happening? They aren't taking me anywhere, no Devon! You can't possibly let them take me to the dark dungeons," I continued to protest, and I kicked the guards and fought back so that they wouldn't take me anywhere.

"I've had enough of your rudeness, Selene, you need to learn," Devon said, walking away from the room, but I couldn't let them take me anywhere

"No, no, no, you monster, order your guards to let me go this moment," I said, still struggling, but all my struggling was in vain, it completely looked like I was wasting my time

"Let go of me, please." I had no choice but to beg the guards, but none of my pleading was working. They were bonded to their master and they obeyed all his words.

"Devon! Devon!" I screamed his name as I was carried out of my room.

"Asshole!!! Tell your puppets to let of me, I hate you Devon, and if you don't let me go back home..."

"Enough with your ranting Selene, ain't you tired of ranting for long, this is the choice that you made, I gave you time to think but you decided to disobey me when I've made it clear that you're not going to any damn place," Devon continued without blinking, he was serious, "This is your home and you have to accept it, willingly or not!"

"No, no, no!" I yelled as I was dragged away. "I hate you, Devon, rot in hell you fucking demon," I cussed struggling to break free from the God damn grip of the guards but nothing was working and soon they took me far and Devon was out of my sight.
