Capítulo 219: Why Do I Need Protecting In The First Place?

Ava was helplessly in the middle of trying to figure out what to do when a completely random stranger came up to her table and knelt down in front of it. 

"My lady, please accept your humble servant's protection. I am Kael Moonleaf of the Light Warriors and am here to guard you from the fairy king."

Her eyes widened. The man kneeling before her didn't look much less strange than Zeldris had. He was doing some sort of salute she was pretty sure she had seen medieval knights do on television. 

His hair was long and blonde but, unlike the demon's loose locks, it was held back by a strip of leather. He wore a uniform—at least it looked like a uniform—consisting of a light blue tunic that matched his eyes and white pants. 

Some sort of bladed weapon she wasn't familiar with was strapped to his back and he had leather sheaths for knives of various sizes strapped to his belt and thighs. How had he been allowed to walk into a restaurant armed to the teeth?!
