Capítulo 190: He Wouldn't Change A Thing

"One of the things you love most about me?" Kyzi managed to get out.

Gracie nodded. "Yeah. Right up there with how funny you are and how I feel safe around you. That's a big deal for me because my life has always been chaotic."

He already knew that her life had been chaotic but hearing it still made him sad even as he was happy about the compliments. He wrapped his arms around her tightly and couldn't resist the urge to kiss the top of her head. 

She WAS safe with him. He would never let anything bad happen to her again. 

"No more chaos for you," Kyzi said firmly. 

"I know," Gracie replied with a smile in her voice. "Staying with your family has been nicer than I can say." 

If she liked being with his family…and she liked him…did that mean she was okay with being his mate? Now was his best chance to ask since they were already sort of on that topic.
