One week later.
While it had taken a few days of bleeding knees and shins, Frey could finally walk about the cavern's uneven ground with confidence, only occasionally tripping. His smell was numbed to the stench of dried sweat and straw. The dim light or bright light, he had no preference anymore. He lined up the dummies for another round of practice swings. He struck down with his newest weapon, a wooden training mace. The force of the weapon is what drew him in, the satisfying crack of each and every dummy he descended upon.
So I'm going to take another "Break", preparing the best I can before school starts up again. I stacked on more units this semster, so that means more time out of my day to study. When I come back (On the 20th), I will go back down to 5 chapters a week, excluding Saturday and Friday. This is mainly because writing is a unique job. It taps into your mental resources, and I need those for school, especially considering the fact that I am a computer science major. My schedule will most likely change considering the difficulty of my courses (even the counselor looked at me with pity). This is supposed to be the hardest semester I have ever taken in my academic career. Good thing I am best at home, and I am content to sit down and get to work. Good luck to all students out there.
