Capítulo 431: Why Don't You Go Home With Me?

Editor: EndlessFantasy Translation

"Give me back my Saber!" The Hero of Justice bellowed furiously.

This reaction cracked Baiyi up a little. With a smile, he directly asked, "How do you expect to win without the help of a Servant? Do you really think I won't kill you?"

"Hmph! There's something you don't know about our Emiya family; we are filled with heroes!" The Hero of Justice cried.

He cast his jacket aside and activated his Bounded Field, turning the area around Baiyi into "Noble Phantasm". It seemed incredibly deadly, but if one closely examined Baiyi's ripples, they would realize that he was pelting them with woks, pails, buckets, bowls, plates, blankets, bedding, feather dusters, chalks — things that could be found at a hardware store and bookshop, not weapons like swords and spears.

PENSAMENTOS DOS CRIADORES

[1] Finally, you are talking true sense, my man! That is—and I say it WITHOUT a hint of sarcasm—one of the best Earth inventions to gift someone! They can even be used to bandage wounds, because duh, BLOOD. Really sensible, I nodded in approval when I read this.

[2] Oh, you bet. I may not be a Fate series fan, but if there was ONE character I actually respect—it would be the mythical god-king Gilgamesh. I first read the actual Mesopotamian myth as a child and I was so blown away. Dude and his no-homo (maybe?) hombre Enkidu did really cool s*** together, including giving the terrifying tyrant of a goddess, Ishtar, the middle finger by slaying her favorite bull. The friendship between Gilgamesh and Enkidu really moved me, too; seriously, it was Mesopotamian Marvel comic soap opera.

I was thrilled that the Nasuverse version of Gilgamesh was just as complicated in character as the one in the original myth, even if it wasn’t exactly the same. After seeing the sudden booming popularity of Fate/Stay Night in mainstream anime (I was puzzled, as I remembered it being that one video game my cousin hid under his mattress, along with some manga with bodacious women using their hair as bra and undie on the cover), I went to check out the anime a little. Man, I did not like any character in it EXCEPT Gilgamesh (although I don’t know why he’s an Archer if he hardly ever uses a bow). He's really badass, man., I think he can wipe the floor with Baiyi for a while. If it wasn’t for the “MC Armor” that Baiyi is wearing (/winks), which basically nerfed the entire Nasuverse… Tables shall be flipped if Gilgamesh lost to some otaku!

Good thing he didn’t make an appearance and it’s another one of those “nice to see, nice to hold; Easily broken… cause' they are useless” style loli in his stead, ha!
