The Pope and the Supreme Chief Justice were at a loss for words, overwhelmed by a plethora of emotions. What they felt at the moment could no longer be classified as paranoia; if asked to express how they felt, the Pope and the Supreme Chief Justice would slam their heads at the feet of the statue of their god. Anything that could rid them of the confusion they felt was welcomed.
Saint Joel was the only one who fulfilled the sacred duty — Ascension; his feats, which were praised by the Church, were exemplary, and his faith remained steadfast. However, that figure was an imaginary one. The real Saint Joel, for all this time, had been in the Void — a dark space which the Church and many others had deemed an abode for the most filthy beings.
TL’S MUSINGS:
Not corrupted despite being in the Void? And instead, spent most of his time training?! And mind you, the Knight Walker is the SECOND Walker to have appeared in the Void, certainly staying longer there than every gentleman (read: pervert) who came later! You should be ashamed of yourself, Cleric and Paladin! You guys came later and yet almost immediately you two became worshippers of thighs! And the two of you are from the CLERGY. XD
Also. People who are into improving themselves ardently are very attractive, hee hee hee. Don’t you agree?
Note: My humble apologies for the double chapter numbers in the last few chapters. We have located the problem and resolved it. Thanks for your understanding.
