Maybe it stemmed from him trying to conceal his illness to avoid problems. He was really scared of going to the hospital and finding out he actually did have a serious illness. So he didn't dare go. He has always just put it off. He would just go to the outpatient services and get some medicine prescribed. Whenever he had pain he would just take some. If he didn't have any pain, he wouldn't bother with it. However, after careful consideration, he knew that this young man in front of him had no reason to trick him because he gained nothing from it.

"Okay, I won't bother you anymore. When the drugs get here, please let me know," Wang Yao said with a smile as he got up to leave.
