"Young Madam, what can I get you?" the middle-aged man in charge of the kitchen politely asked.
Tara Summer didn't speak, she took a moment before looking at him, "Don't we have lychees?"
Though it wasn't the season for lychees to be widely available, there should be some early crops.
"Lychees?" Both the man in charge and the accompanying maid frowned, the man apologetically said, "I'm sorry, Young Madam, Master Liam can't stand the smell of lychees, so we never have them..."
Liam Yancey dislikes lychees? Tara tugged at her lips, it seemed they were indeed at odds. What he despised the most was what she loved the most!
"Never mind if there aren't any." She closed the fridge, left the kitchen, and the servants and chef exchanged glances as they watched her leave.
Tara didn't have breakfast. She had the chauffeur drop her off two stops early for work because she knew there was a good breakfast shop nearby.
