Capítulo 2: CHAPTER 2: REINCARNATED & KARMA

So here I am. I'm in a completely white room with nothing but my memories. Seriously, No hands, No feet, No Body. Nothing. If this is the afterlife, I might just end up going crazy. My past life was nothing interesting really. I went to college to make my parents proud. Got a degree in accounting cause my Asian family believed it was a way to make good money. Found out my brother makes more money than me and started to compare me to the point I couldn't take it anymore.

In the end we got into a fight and they disowned me. I was working every day and the company I worked for couldn't afford to give me overtime pay. My fiancée cheated on me and told me I didn't spend enough time for her. I really had a crappy life. The only enjoyment I had was when I was playing games and watching anime. I always dreamed of going to Japan one day but sad to say, it's too late for regrets.

"I wonder how long I have been in this place?"

"Hello Jace, how are you this fine day?"

I turn around abruptly to see whose voice that was.

"Who is there?"

Suddenly a person appears out of nowhere.

"Morgan Freeman? Seriously?"

In front of me was a Morgan freeman wearing a nice white suit with a smile on his face.

"For now, you see, My appearance changes person to person. One day I might look like Jesus from the bibles or a bright glowing orb, but recently, many have just started viewing me as Morgan Freeman" he says with a chuckle.

"Okay, so You are god I'm presuming?"

"You presume correct. I'm sorry for leaving you here for the last 300 years but the last of you seem to have finally arrived"

I look at him questioningly,

"What do you mean by Last of me?"

"Well son, you made a miracle in your final days, and that miracle may have been small but the ripples that it has caused was astronomical"

He waved his hands outward as suddenly countless people came into view.

"You see, your wish has impacted these many people. When people who had incurable diseases suddenly gained one of your donated parts, they suddenly became healed and it gained the attention of many." In fact, every last bit of your body was used for scientific study and it was utilized in curing a multitude of diseases and became responsible for ultimately curing cancer."

Little to say, my jaw would have dropped if I had one.

"So, you're saying I cured cancer in some abnormal way with my wish?"

God chuckles at me and nods.

"I'll be honest with you though, it was touch and go for a few years in between cause people thought you were Jesus for a period of time."

I grimaced at that.

"Ooooh, sorry"

"Its fine, this wouldn't be the first time nor will it be the last. All I care about was the intent, and your soul was the purest in your final days. I won't lie, I'm against suicide but considering your death was not of your own doing I had no reason to lay fault."

Suddenly the people who had appeared had slowly started disappearing until I noticed one man being the last to disappear waving at me as he finally disappeared.

I knew this man.

"Was that?"

I felt my non-existent heart reach my metaphorical throat because I couldn't believe my non existing eyes

"Yes Jace, that was your little brother. He lived to a ripe old age of 120 thanks to your heart."

"What happened to him that he needed a Heart?!"

I may have not like my Parents but never once did I blame my brother. I loved him with all my heart.

"Your Brother suffered from Primary Cardiac Tumor, you should know that after your parents disowned you, your brother was never the same. He hated what they did to you and vowed to bring you back into the family one day. Sad to say, the next he heard about you was a month after your funeral. Your parents knew you passed away but felt the need to keep it a secret as he had just started a new job at the most prestigious law firm in the country."

I felt sickened hearing this. Even on my deathbed, by parent couldn't have cared less.

"When your brother finally found out a month later, he cut ties with the family altogether. He took his wife and kids and moved upstate without so much as leaving a note. From there he started all over again from the bottom which resulted in him overworking and getting Heart Cancer. Lucky for him, a heart was conveniently overlooked for a long period of time because it was way past the expiry date. Remember your wish? It wouldn't have mattered if 100 years went by, that heart would have still made the person good as new. Well, they were desperate and a medical staff accidentally and conveniently took an expired heart and put it in your brother."

I started grinning and chuckling as I was thinking how there were too many coincidences.

"Tell me God, exactly how many of these were really coincidences?"

"Obviously none of it was a coincidence, I just like a happy ending, I figured this was one way to resolve any lingering regrets you might have had regarding a part of your family"

God smiled softly.

"Thank you so much god, so what happens now?"

God waved his hand out again and a monitor appeared

"Now, we gauge the amount of karma you had built up."

Suddenly the numbers start to appear on the screen as it settles on a final number of 4,956,264,262.

"Uhhh, is that number good or bad cause I have nobody to compare it too."

God has a wide smile

"That is very good son. That number represents the amount of people who had been affected by your selfless act to help others. If it was indirect, it would count as half and if it impacted them greatly, it adds up to a 1 point."

"Okay, so what does this mean, can I get into heaven then?"

God lets out another chuckle

"You can, but instead of that, why not live out your dream for once. Consider it a gift."

"What dream, I don't remember having one.... wait, you don't mean…"

"Didn't you want to be reincarnated in another world at one point?"

I was shocked,

"You mean it?"

"Of course!! You can do whatever you want and on top of that, I'll give you admin rights."

"What kind of powers does an admin have?"

"Well, pretty much anything. You can make things, destroy things, you can giveth, and taketh away. To be honest, it's your prerogative. Your essentially God but I will have the bigger G."

I was a little stunned,

"What if I get tired and want to die?"

"Then just pray to me, and I will answer your call. I promise you."

He gives the warmest smiles.

"OKAY!!, What world am I going to?"

God made the Monitor vanish and instead a wheel appeared,

"This is the wheel of the Omniverse filled with all the realms you ever wanted to visit at one time or another, wherever the needle lands, will be your first trip. Sound fun?"

I nod excitedly

"Well, whatcha waiting for, give it a spin!"

I go up and went to spin with all my might .............................................…

I look over at God with a chagrinned expression as God was laughing at my predicament.

"You forgot the no body thing didn't you"

"yeah" I responded.

Suddenly a body was formed around my being and noticed I had a body again. Can't see my own face but I can see that my hands and body were exactly what I remembered.

I walk up to the wheel with a wide grin and spin it as hard as I can.

As the wheel slowed down, it finally stopped on....
