"If we don't have enough combat power, don't we still have the Explosive Stones?" one of them suggested.
"Exactly. We still have plenty of Explosive Stones left over from the last operation, so we can use them this time," another replied, a sinister grin spreading across his face.
"We'll teach those righteous fools in Orario a lesson!"
"What about our target? Maybe the Loki Familia…"
"No, the Big Three of the Loki Familia are too strong. I doubt the Explosive Stones would do much damage to them."
"Then the Ganesha Familia?"
"There are too many members in that Familia. It'd be hard to cause any real damage all at once."
"Looks like the Astraea Familia women are our best option."
"Yes. Let's go for the Astraea Familia. I'd love to make those prissy girls suffer!"
The remnants of the dark faction had gone completely mad by this point. Driven purely by a bloodlust for destruction, they no longer cared about anything else.
News of the dark faction's plans soon reached interested ears, including the Astraea Familia. The word on the street was that dark faction members were causing trouble near the 30th floor. Anyone with a keen eye, however, could sense that something about such direct information was suspicious.
But confidence ran high, especially since several Astraea Familia members had recently reached Level 4. Even Alise felt invincible.
The Familia members, buoyed by their recent growth, dismissed the dark faction remnants as little more than weak pests. How could they possibly compare to the Astraea Familia?
They'd already deduced that their opponent was likely the Rudra Familia—the only dark faction remnant still capable of reaching such depths since the nightmare incident on the 27th floor. With this confirmation, any remaining concerns vanished.

That day, Eina returned home unusually early, nearly disrupting the rapport between Sol and Riveria. Luckily, the little one was sensible enough to knock before entering.
With the members back in Orario, Eina had no shortage of people willing to take her down into the dungeon. Because of her close friendship with the girls in the Astraea Familia, she often visited them, playing and spending time with her friends.
Through these connections, Sol learned that the Astraea Familia had gone to the 30th floor to confront the dark faction. The news struck him like lightning; he hadn't expected the Astraea children to mobilize so quickly. They acted solely on a rumor, without thoroughly investigating the situation on the 30th floor first.
Were they not afraid of traps or ambushes? It was as though they intended to overpower the enemy through sheer strength.
Sol couldn't help but admire their courage. Yet, without taking Juggernaut's presence into account, their plan might be fatal.
"Arrogance comes at a cost," Sol sighed in frustration.
Given his ties to Astraea, he knew that if her children were wiped out as in the original story, she would be devastated. Plus, losing such talented young fighters to Juggernaut would be a waste.
"Alfia, go to the 30th floor," he said. In this situation, he could only rely on her.
Riveria's strength was substantial, but she wasn't prepared to handle Juggernaut's magic counterattack.
Juggernaut was a formidable foe—the first true monster killer, with incredible speed and attack power. Even Riveria might falter if she let her guard down.
And given Riveria's speed, even if she left now to assist the Astraea Familia, it's likely she'd arrive only in time to collect their remains.
"I understand," came an ethereal voice in Sol's ear. As the sound drifted away, the figure behind him had already vanished.

[30th Floor]
By the time Alfia made her way down, the battle between the two sides had already erupted.
With no intention of hiding their movements, Jura and his group were using themselves as bait, fearlessly luring their opponents like warriors marching to their own doom.
When the Astraea Familia stepped into the trap Yan Luo's group had set, the dark faction adventurers watched in excitement as a violent explosion engulfed the entire area.
Flames and dust filled the air, obscuring everyone's view.
But the ease with which their plan was progressing left the dark faction adventurers feeling uneasy.
As the thick smoke began to clear, several figures could be seen standing unharmed within the pit.
"How is this possible?!"
The dark faction members' grins froze, and their hands trembled slightly as they pointed at their enemies. It didn't make sense—how could so many Explosive Stones leave them unscathed?
"Tch, did you really think we'd be foolish enough to fall for such an obvious trap?" Kaguya sneered. "Waste remains waste, even when it comes to intelligence."
Her mocking tone set the dark faction members ablaze with anger.
Though the Astraea Familia held little regard for these dark faction members, they were still on high alert. Having Lyra in their group—who was quite skilled with explosives—made it laughable that anyone would try to use Explosive Stones against them.
The Astraea Familia had anticipated this scheme well in advance.
However, something crucial had escaped everyone's notice.
Though the Explosive Stones' chain explosions hadn't harmed the Astraea Familia, the blasts had shattered the 30th floor, leaving cracks and craters everywhere.
The destruction extended to the floors above and below, as large fissures spread across the ground and parts of the ceiling on the 29th floor collapsed.
The upper and lower floors now looked like a scene from purgatory, the roars from the explosions sounding like the dungeon's own wails.
"Damn, these idiots really caused a mess," Alfia muttered as she reached the 25th floor, glancing upwards. The tremors here, though faint, had not escaped her keen senses.
With a sigh, she quickened her pace.
"Hang on a little longer…"
If she continued at this speed, she might still be too late to prevent disaster and end up retrieving corpses instead.
Having spent so much time in the Hera Familia, Alfia knew more about dungeons than almost anyone in Orario.
She was well aware of the consequences if the dungeon took too much damage.
The creature that would emerge was far beyond what the Astraea Familia children could handle—even those monsters born on the 30th floor.
