Capítulo 8: CHAPTER 8
They entered the company car which took them to Disney park. They went to get some snacks to eat. Then they entered different rides like the merry go round which made Aria so dizzy so she couldn't handle riding it again, seeing her being Gabriel couldn't leave the chance of making fun of her;"scaredy cat, scaredy cat Aria is a scaredy cat", hearing this Aria bursted into tears.
Seeing these Klara carried Aria ; "Apologize to your sister right now" she said fiercely, wanting him to feel apologetic.
Seeing his mother fierce face for the first time he was scared "Am sorry Aria" Gabriel said guilty
"It's okay,I forgive you" Aria said, knowing her brother was just kidding .
Finally happy ; "mummy can we go to see Cinderella" said Aria happily wanting to see one of her favorite characters.
"Ok, let's look for Cinderella, Am sure Cinderella is waiting to see you " Klara said checking the map, trying to locate where Cinderella was.
"I have seen her, let's go", hearing this Gabriel just rolled his eyes but I ignored him. I wasn't asking for his opinion.
So I Carried Aria while the two boys followed me, Gabriel unhappy and josh expressionless, this boy hardly smile
I think he took after his father.
We finally arrived where Cinderella was , Aria hugged her and we snapped with her.
After meeting Cinderella, we went to see tomorrow land, Gabriel's eyes widened at the sight of space mountain;" Mom I want to go there" he said pointing at space mountain. Since there was still plenty of time so I agreed, happy his mother agreed he ran to the line ignoring people in the queue he tried to squeeze himself earning a glare from klara. Making him scared, seeing him scared Aria giggled happy to see her brother suffer while josh raised an eyebrow embarrassed at his brother's behavior and stupidity.
After they got tired of playing in the space mountain they decided to go to the frost science museum , a relaxed place which gave the children different things to explore. Seeing the gold fishes in the aquarium Aria was mesmerized, while Gabriel kept goofing around and impressing the girls with his exaggerated knowledge of fish. The person who was really interested was josh, who was fascinated with marine life, especially the Blacktip reef shark, which seemed to amaze him .
"Mom, sharks are like nature's weapon efficient and deadly" he whispered to klara
Seeing his fascination and awe, it wasn't everyday you get to see a 5yrs make such comparison; Klara mused. But it was a surprise for her that she noticed josh's mind works in unique and different ways.
As evening reached Klara took them to south pointe park to see the sunset, then watched the wave and took a lot of pictures . Aria opened her eyes wide open making sure she doesn't miss the sunset. while Gabriel was still trying to take a perfect shot of his supposedly handsome face. While josh was quietly crafting in his head the next weapon he was going to make.
The trip finally ended.Klara really enjoyed today, she came to understand her children's different characters, one who was childish, trouble maker and narcissist in nature,"we all know who", the other one delicate in nature while the one was calm and calculative.
When they got home, They all went straight to bed because of their tiredness.
Klara woke up the next day, very early in the morning and went for her regular morning run, when she was done she went to the hotel room and woke them to take a bath, when she was done with their bath she dressed them up. She was planning to drop by them at Maya's aunt's house because today was their class get together party. She had to go whether she liked it or not.
She called the company car, the car was to take her anywhere in Miami because she was modeling for the company. So the car drove them to Maya's aunt's place, then she dropped her children.
Then she went to meet Maya at their meet up point, picked her and they stopped at the assigned restaurant, thanking the driver they came down and entered the restaurant. When they entered the entrance Klara was sure she saw familiar silithus but she wasn't sure whether it was "him" . But she shaked wondering what he would be doing here so she ignored it and entered the restaurant .
JACE POV
The restaurant buzzed with laughter, Jace was here to visit his friend. But Jace was slightly detached from the whole conversation . His gaze drifted over through the crowd in the restaurant all looking alike. He wasn't looking for anyone in particular, especially not "her" because he knew she wasn't in Miami and she was living a life far removed from his own. Yet as he sat there listening to his she drifted into his thoughts like an invited guest.
Years had passed but he hadn't seen any trace of her, it was just recently he saw her on a billboard, when he investigated her he realized she was a famous model.
A voice shook him back to reverie. His friend was telling a funny story which made them laugh, but he wasn't really conscious of everything. His thought was still all about her that became more clear and vivid in his mind .
He then sipped his drink trying to distract himself from any thought of her. That was when he saw her back view which shocked him. She wasn't supposed to be here in this country, Then his face turned from shocked to annoyed. The thing that made my heart annoyed was seeing her full delicate body in another man.
" You, okay man " my friend asked worriedly
I ignored him then stood up marching to her angrily. I couldn't stand the sight before me.
"What are you doing" I asked
Then she turned her face, seeing her drunken face made my heart skip a beat.
I could see the shock on her face seeing me.
KLARA POV
I and Maya entered the restaurant and we were ushered to our seats. I sat down awkwardly not knowing who to talk to. I wasn't close to anyone,Seeing my awkwardness they decided to play a game, truth and dare.
"Klara you look so stressed today, let's loosen up mm? What do you say everyone? About a game of truth and dare" one of them in the group said, Instantly everyone agreed .
Hearing this I wanted to escape, seeing my little plan, one of them said " come on a little game won't hurt" .
So I had no choice but to agree. The beginning of the game started with a harmless Truth or dare request or questions,until it became complicated when they asked questions which concerned my private life so I had no choice but to take a shot.
"Klara truth or dare" someone asked
"Dare " I replied, not wanting questions about my personal life.
"I dare you to do a lap dance on me" he said looking at me pervertedly, which disgusted me so I gulped my shot making him disappointed,
I was a lightweight, that was the reason why I hardly drank alcohol, excusing herself Maya went to use the lady room living me with them.
So the game went on until I was completely drunk,
"I need to find Maya " I mused
As I was on my way to the toilet, one of the guys in the group came to assist me, which I resisted greatly. I was so drunk that I couldn't push him.
As I was about to gather my strength to push him , I heard a shout shocking me. I turned my head to the source of the shout, and who I saw shocked me. All the noise in the restaurant completely disappeared except from that person in my sight.
