Capítulo 35: Pseudo Tier 5

Continuing on to summoning the shadow blades, it used it to block the sword aiming for its life.

But as though it was determined to die here, even with the power of the goblin reduced.

It was still sent flying backwards faster than a kite crashing onto the barrier with enough force to shatter a man.

But the only damage was its form flickering like a candle about to blown out by wind.

This meant it was dying.

Seth immediately thought of switching perspectives to the Poison Goblin when he suddenly felt the barrier shook heavily through the Elite Shade eyes.

It shook again more heavily this time and everyone saw the source of this quake this time.

It was the Poison Goblin.

Still with a calm eyes, it punched at the barrier again a third time, heavier this time as it immediately cracked and spread outward.

There was something wrapped onto two of its arms.

The rival dungeon master immediately said.

"Reinforce The barriers "

Everyone could see the barrier repairing itself swiftly including the goblin but before it could reach the point of damage.

Another punch struck out shattering the unrepaired point.

It was large enough for it to pass through and it immediately stepped through like it was meant to be here.

Looking around calmly, its eyes glanced at everyone and then landed on the core.

"Alexa, consider this an emergency and exterminate the threat at all cost" The rival dungeon master said again while stepping back.

At this time Seth now understood who Alexa was, she was the dungeon core or better, his dungeon had gained full sentience and that was the name of the dungeon.

From here onward was an epic fight Seth never thought he'd see outside movies.

The tension is the chamber mounted as Seth, still reeling from the sudden revelation stared through the eyes of his Elite shade.

The Rival Dungeon master has a fully sentient dungeon core - Alexa.

That alone was shocking.

It meant a level of control and awareness Seth hadn't achieved with his core.

But there was no time to dwell on this realization, the battle was about to occur.

The Goblin brutes surged forward, their weapons raised but the Poison Goblin stood his ground.

Not giving them more than a glance as he pumped off green poison that filled everyone's vision.

Non excluded.

Seth was amazed by this.

'The first rule of the game, never fight in unknown territory.

But that doesn't apply when can change the atmosphere to your favour.'

A glint of victory had peeked into Seth's vision.

Speaking of vision, he couldn't see anymore with the perspective of the elite shade so he did the needful and changed perspective.

From it's perspective it saw everything clearly as though there was no green deadly mist in the atmosphere.

The Poison Goblin clenched it's fist and immediately appeared in front of a brute goblin and with what wrapped around his fist punched at their skull into a dented shape ending it's life.

It didn't even give it enough time for the poison to affect them and pounced on the next.

It easily dodged the makeshift weapon of the others even with the Poison they seemed mindless and attacked sluggishly.

He easily dispatched them with a punch to their chest, not using its full strength though and it didn't care if they died from the punch or not.

Either way the poison would kill them real soon.

Seth couldn't tell if he was seeing this but it seemed as though the poison Goblin was disappointed.

It took a glance at the Elite shade which seemed to be still recovering and not affected by the poison mist and immediately landed his gaze at the rival Dungeon master.

The Rival Dungeon master now covered in a sheen transparent film probably to protect himself from the Poison.

Stood angrily in front of the core staring at the Goblin.

"A Tier 4 Poison Goblin Variant who isn't a guardian, I praise your assets and dedication, this is probably all you have, so I tell you again, it isn't too late to back out now"

Something about the rival dungeon master statement seemed menacing.

Was it the sigil on his cloth as it fluttered hiding threats within its meaning or was it that his hand was on his dungeon core as it glowed brightly.

Nevertheless, he had no control over the situation and the Poison Goblin didn't seem to react in the least.

It's demeanor had gone back to the cold black unwavering eyes.

A minute later of staring down...

"Suit yourself "

A Figure immediately stepped out of the shadow with a Massive great sword half it's length and definitely not crude.

Immediately this figure stepped out, the dungeon core that glittered brightly dimmed to the extent of a candle light barely on.

The rival dungeon master pale as an Alabaster.

And the dead bodies of summons vanished like they were never here along with the barrier.

Seth immediately understood what he had done, probably sacrificed a lot to summon whoever that was.

"A pseudo Tier 5 Guardian back up by the blessings of my lord, I'd like to see you try"

Saying this as a whole took alot from the rival dungeon master fell on his knees and passed out kneeling down.

The Elite shade seeing this struggled to carry himself up, he had recovered a little bit, al of a sudden the Mana in the environment was as thin almost non-existent.

Seth hearing this knew there was no way the poison Goblin could win, no way at all.

Unless the Elite shade could somehow sneak past both of them and damage the dungeon core which he was sure probably had no defenses now.

That is if the Guardian is solely tied to the destruction of the dungeon core.

"Is it?" Seth asked Himself

Or better interpreted, he posed the question to the connection he had with his dungeon and the feedback came as expected.

[All summons and Guardians aren't Foolproof tied to their Dungeons or origins]

[Depending on the scenario, if a dungeon core is destroyed, all connections are cut and summons as well as guardians are free to roam]

[Or they go back to their origin]
