Back in Water 7, repairs were underway. The Galley-La Company worked tirelessly to fix the Aqua Laguna's damage, and the Franky Family patched up their home, making sure Sodom and Gomorrah—their massive bulls—were in fighting shape again. Amidst the rebuilding efforts, Iceburg shared his ambitious vision for Water 7: turning the city itself into a massive floating ship that could drift out to sea.
Meanwhile, a new surprise arrived. Zambai notified Franky that everything he'd bought with the Straw Hats' stolen Beli had arrived. Raja and Franky decided to use the materials to upgrade the Going Merry, giving the ship a fresh start.
The Straw Hats, exhausted from their battles, finally woke after two days of much-needed rest, with Luffy still asleep while simultaneously munching on meat. Raja, filled with determination, asked Franky to begin the rebuild with a new keel. Though puzzled, Franky agreed and crafted the strongest keel he had ever made.
When Raja began dismantling the Merry, he handled the ship with astonishing precision, using his magic to keep the spirit of the ship safe. Everyone watched in awe as Raja's Transmutation Magic liquefied the new keel and guided it to merge seamlessly with the Merry's Keel. The process took all night, and not a single worker dared blink, mesmerized by the transformation Merry's keel Started shake a little and started to expand and became a large Keel.
Once the upgrade was complete, Merry's spirit reappeared, beaming with excitement, a small crown adorning its head. "Raja, look! I have a crown!" Merry giggled, hopping in joy. Raja smiled and patted its head. "You're the Next Pirate King's ship, Merry. Of course, you deserve a crown."
With a determined grin, Raja turned to Franky. "I want your best on every part of this ship. Can I count on you, Franky?" Franky struck a confident pose. "Super! You got it!" Raja and Franky continued to enhance the Merry, adding powerful runes and alchemical designs, making sure their new ship would be the mightiest yet.
The next day, a Marine ship docked at Water 7. To everyone's surprise, Vice Admiral Garp, Luffy's grandfather, barged into the Straw Hats' temporary lodging, punching Luffy awake. Luffy shot up, more confused than ever, revealing to the crew that this fearsome Marine was, indeed, his grandfather.
Garp grumbled, explaining that he had tried to make Luffy and Ace strong by tossing them into dangerous situations from a young age. He also shared how he once dreamed of making them Marines, though Luffy had always refused, inspired by Shanks to follow the pirate path.
But the surprises didn't end there. Garp went on to reveal that Luffy's father was none other than Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army. The news sent shockwaves through the crew. Luffy's clueless response—"I didn't even know I had a dad"—left everyone in stitches.
Koby and Helmeppo soon joined, much to Luffy and Zoro's surprise. After a brief scuffle to test each other's strength, Koby proudly declared that his dream was to become an Admiral and face Luffy in the New World.
Before departing, Garp asked about the mysterious figure who had dismantled the Buster Call fleet. Luffy proudly leaked the Info, "It was Raja—Rudra D. Raja, our Vice-Captain!" Garp muttered, "Another 'D'…interesting."
Later, Aokiji approached Robin, mentioning he was initially there to capture her but was impressed by the crew's strength in defeating CP9. Robin, standing tall, smirked, "We'll punch our way through anything that comes our way." Aokiji could only shake his head in amusement, warning her of the challenges they would face in the New World.
Meanwhile, across the Grand Line, Shanks met Whitebeard after breaking through a Naval blockade. The legendary pirate captains discussed Ace's pursuit of Blackbeard, with Shanks urging Whitebeard to call Ace back. Whitebeard refused, setting the stage for a dangerous clash in the future.
Back on Water 7, the crew gathered, discussing their next destination, Fish-Man Island. Kokoro explained the perils of the Florian Triangle and warned them about the dangers underwater. Robin raised concerns about Devil Fruit users underwater, but Kokoro assured them that with the right precautions, they'd be fine.
Sanji's excitement at the thought of mermaids turned to dismay as he remembered Kokoro was one herself.

Franky's bounty is also revealed as Beli 44,000,000.
Luffy was outraged at Raja's bounty surpassing his own, earning a round of laughter from the crew. Robin calmly explained, "Raja's destruction of the Buster Call fleet likely raised his bounty more."
The Brigantine ship, is unveiled. It's twice the size of the Going Merry and has many new features, including special sails, a courtyard, and a locked fridge.
With his own bounty now out, the Franky Family urged Franky to join the crew. Despite his initial reluctance, his family stole his swim briefs to force him into a decision. Zoro, Sanji, and Chopper launched him out of a cannon, landing him in front of Luffy, who held his briefs as leverage. Amid the laughter and Robin's painful encouragement with her Devil Fruit powers, Franky finally agreed, much to the crew's delight.
As they prepared to leave, Garp's ship suddenly appeared on the horizon, armed with massive iron cannonballs. With a bellowing laugh, Garp launched one of his Iron Fist Meteors. "You're not escaping that easily!"
The Straw Hats sprang into action, deflecting the cannonballs away from the Merry to avoid damaging their new ship. Luffy yelled, "Where's Raja? We need his help!"
Franky informed them that Raja was below deck in the storage room.
As Garp readied another iron ball, Luffy called out his goodbyes to his grandfather and Koby. The ball was launched, but Franky activated the Coup De Burst, sending the Merry soaring into the air, barely evading the impact.
It was time to name the new ship. Everyone was excited to contribute, throwing out wild ideas, but Raja appeared, looking as serious as ever quickly intervened. "The name is Mighty Merry!"
Merry's spirit appeared, striking a heroic pose with its new crown. The crew erupted in cheers, loving the name immediately. Their beloved ship was back and better than ever.
As they sailed away, Raja let out a relieved sigh, catching everyone's attention Robin, noticing his expression, asked, "I've never seen you this nervous before, Raja. your never late to defend the ship before what happened?"
Raja's gaze hardened. "You don't understand, Robin. Calling Garp a 'man' doesn't do him justice. He's a monster." The crew gaped, not understanding the gravity of his words.
Nami rebuffed, "Show some respect; he's Luffy's grandfather."
Raja asked Franky, "How large is Water 7?"
Franky rattled off the dimensions, and Raja replied, "Garp, in his prime, could destroy the entire island with a single punch." The crew's jaws dropped in disbelief. Sanji muttered, "That's impossible!".
Raja " Robin who strongest around the world", she replied "White Beard". "the reason white beard is the strongest because of his Devil fruit Quake-Quake Fruit, which create Sea Quakes and it can destroy the world with tsunami otherwise Navy Hero Garp will be Strongest Man of the world".
Raja countered, "That's why the world respects him. He's Whitebeard's equal in strength, without the help of a Devil Fruit."
Raja tells the crew, "Even the Four Emperors respect Garp and won't fight him just for fun."
He explains to Robin and the crew that Garp is the father of the world's most wanted criminal, Monkey D. Dragon, and asks what the government would normally do.
Robin realizes that they'd likely convict Garp and set a trap to capture Dragon.
Raja points out that no one has the power to capture Garp without risking serious backlash from the Navy.
Raja adds that capturing Garp would require three admirals, with at least one risking death and the others left incapacitated.
Luffy excitedly asks Raja if he could become strong enough to punch an island.
Raja says no, deflating Luffy's enthusiasm.
However, he encourages Luffy, saying he could make his fist as big as an island to punch it, if he builds up his body. This reinvigorates Luffy, who rushes off to train.
