Capítulo 125: "Echoes of Freedom: Farewell to the White Sea"

The sky was finally clear. With Enel defeated, the Ark Maxim crashing down, and the golden bell ringing through the White Sea, the whole of Skypiea resonated with the freedom they had won. All around, the Shandia warriors and Sky People gathered on the lush grounds of Upper Yard, marveling at the peace they had never thought possible. Raja, the mysterious newcomer who had joined the Straw Hats, stood beside them, taking in the view.

Among the crowd, the Straw Hat Pirates laughed and cheered, and even Raja allowed himself a small smile. Nami and Usopp carried bags of gold they'd managed to snatch from Enel's treasure hoard. Zoro and Sanji, although usually quick to bicker, exchanged proud glances as they remembered the grueling battles they had fought. Robin, always observant, watched the Shandia people with quiet contemplation, feeling the weight of history unfolding before her.

Nightfall descended upon Skypiea with a quiet calm, but the celebrations were just beginning. Raja and the Straw Hats watched as Wyper, the fierce Shandia warrior, awoke from his injuries. As he tried to rise, Conis and Gan Fall, the "God" of Skypiea, helped him back down, advising him to rest. Raja exchanged a knowing look with Luffy, sensing the simmering tension still lingering in Wyper's heart.

"We have to fight! This land belongs to us!" Wyper growled as he tried to sit up, glaring at the Sky People around him.

The Shandia chief placed a gentle hand on Wyper's shoulder. "No, Wyper. The time for war has passed. Look around you—Sky People and Shandia, side by side, celebrating. This is the unity we've dreamed of."

As Wyper listened, a quiet understanding softened his expression. He stumbled out of the hut and looked out over Upper Yard, where Shandia warriors and Sky People laughed, ate, and shared stories around glowing fires. Raja leaned against a tree, observing quietly, his gaze shifting between the Shandia and Sky People. He felt an odd kinship with both sides—a sense of belonging, of victory won from hardship.

Meanwhile, aboard the fallen Ark Maxim, Enel had regained consciousness. Recovering from his injuries, he sneered as he surveyed the damage. "These fools are celebrating now, but they're mere insects before a god." However, his heart was no longer set on the White Sea or its people. His ambitions had expanded beyond their reach. With his lightning-charged powers flickering back to life, he turned his gaze upward—toward the moon, which he saw as the true "Fairy Vearth." With a dismissive wave, Enel abandoned Skypiea, disappearing into the night sky on a renewed journey to claim his "heaven."

The following day, with Enel's shadow no longer looming, the people of Skypiea and the Shandia came together to pull the golden bell free from the wreckage of Giant Jack. Raja watched in quiet admiration as the two sides united for this effort, feeling the warmth of their camaraderie. Even Luffy, usually impatient, joined in enthusiastically, pulling ropes alongside Wyper and the other Shandia warriors.

Once the bell was finally raised, Robin noticed something unusual etched on its base—a Poneglyph. Raja's brow furrowed in curiosity as Robin studied it with a scholar's intensity. She traced her fingers over the ancient text, her expression growing more intent.

"This Poneglyph… it holds information about the ancient weapon, Poseidon," she murmured, her voice filled with awe.

The Shandia chief leaned closer, his eyes widening. "So, our ancestors weren't guarding an empty legend. The Poneglyph really does hold secrets of the past."

But as Robin examined it further, she gasped. "There's… another message here," she whispered, her voice tinged with disbelief. She read the inscription aloud: "'We are watching over you, Laugh Tale… Gol D. Roger.'"

Raja's eyes narrowed at the name. Gol D. Roger, the legendary Pirate King, had left his mark on this forgotten corner of the world. Luffy's face lit up with his characteristic grin as he clenched his fists, inspired by the words of the man he had always admired.

"What a treasure!" Nami said, unable to hide her excitement as she gazed at the massive golden bell. She turned to Luffy, her eyes gleaming. "Think of what this is worth!"

Raja chuckled. "A treasure like this… its value is beyond any gold."

The Shandia, grateful for their newfound peace, decided that they no longer needed to guard Upper Yard. To thank the Straw Hats, they offered them one of the golden pillars of the bell's belfry. Robin accepted the gift on behalf of the crew, admiring its historical significance more than its monetary worth.

Meanwhile, Usopp had managed to charm a few Skypieans with his "legendary" rubber bands, claiming they were the secret weapon that defeated Enel. In exchange, he received several dials, treasures unique to Skypiea. Raja and the others laughed at Usopp's antics, but the brave sniper seemed satisfied with his haul.

Inside the still-sleeping giant snake, Luffy and Chopper stumbled upon bags full of gold, each more beautiful than the last. Luffy's eyes sparkled as he pulled out one bag after another. "Jackpot!" he exclaimed, his grin widening.

As the crew gathered the treasure, Raja noticed Robin approaching with the massive pillar carried by several Sky People. Misunderstanding her intentions, Usopp's face paled. "They're coming to attack us! That pillar—it's a giant cannon!"

Before Robin could explain, the Straw Hats had already scattered, Luffy dashing ahead while Sanji and Zoro grabbed whatever gold they could carry.

Robin sighed, rolling her eyes. "I guess they don't want it, after all." She handed the pillar back to the Shandia, who exchanged confused glances before laughing along with her.

As dawn broke, the time came for the Straw Hats to depart from Skypiea. Conis and her father Pagaya led the way to Cloud End, the exit from the White Sea. Along the way, Raja watched the vibrant scenery and the lively Skypieans, feeling a mixture of contentment and excitement for the next adventure.

Gan Fall approached the group, having reclaimed his title as the "God" of Skypiea. "You have our gratitude, Straw Hat Pirates, and… Raja," he said, nodding respectfully. "May you carry the spirit of Skypiea wherever your journey takes you."

Luffy beamed. "We'll remember Skypiea forever!"

Before long, the Straw Hats boarded the Going Merry, with their treasures securely stashed and their spirits soaring. At the edge of Cloud End, they paused, looking back one last time at the floating island and the friends they had made. Raja took a deep breath, feeling the exhilaration of adventure coursing through him.

With a final wave, they sailed forward, guided by Pagaya's instruction on using an octopus balloon to control their descent. As they plummeted back toward the Blue Sea, the Going Merry seemed to dance on the air currents, bobbing up and down as they fell.

Luffy raised a fist to the sky, shouting his farewell. "We'll be back someday!"

Nami clutched her hat tightly, looking thrilled yet terrified as they plunged through the clouds. Raja stood at the bow, arms crossed, unbothered by the dizzying descent. His calm demeanor was a stark contrast to Usopp's frantic shouts and Chopper's panicked cries.

Just as the Blue Sea came into view below, the octopus balloon inflated, slowing their descent. The crew braced themselves as the Going Merry gently splashed back onto the ocean's surface, marking their triumphant return from the White Sea.

Raja turned to Luffy and the others, his eyes gleaming with purpose. "Your journey—it's more than just finding treasure, isn't it?" he asked, though he already knew the answer.

Luffy nodded, a serious glint in his eyes that contrasted with his usual carefree expression. "We're not just chasing gold or fame. We're looking for freedom."

Raja smiled, feeling a renewed sense of purpose. He knew he had found more than just an adventure with these people—he had found a family, a crew bound by their dreams.

As they set sail toward their next destination, the Golden Age of Piracy called to them, and together, they were ready to answe
