Nami watches helplessly as Nezumi, the corrupt Marine captain, digs up her hard-earned treasure from where she had carefully hidden it in the orchard. The savings, which represent years of sacrifice and her only hope to buy freedom for her village, are being seized under the guise of "government property," while Nezumi shamelessly pockets a portion of it for himself.
In that moment, a painful realization dawns on Nami: Arlong must have orchestrated this betrayal, sending Nezumi to take her treasure so that he could avoid making good on his promise to release Cocoyasi Village. Her heart filled with rage, she tries to stop Nezumi, but before she can act, he coldly draws his gun and fires, Raja takes the shot by protecting Nojiko.
As Raja is carried to the village healer, tension spreads among the townspeople. Nami is torn between despair and anger, knowing that her years of effort have been undone in an instant. Watching her wounded sister lying still, she feels a surge of helplessness and fury like never before.
Overcome with rage, Nami storms into Arlong's lair to demand answers. She accuses him of breaking their agreement, only for Arlong to sneer and coolly remind her that technically, he kept his word. He points out that he didn't break any terms himself, as it was Nezumi, not him, who took her money. Nami's heart sinks with the full weight of betrayal, realizing that Arlong never intended to honor his side of the deal.
Disheartened and devastated, Nami returns to the village, where she finds the townspeople led by Genzo, gathered and ready for a final stand against the Arlong Pirates. Seeing her despair, they decide they can no longer sit by and let Arlong's tyranny continue. Despite her pleas to reconsider, they are determined, prepared to fight—even if it means sacrificing their lives. Knowing their power is no match for Arlong's crew, Nami begs them to turn back, but the villagers refuse, choosing to face their oppressor head-on rather than live another day in fear.
Furious and heartbroken, Nami walks away from the villagers' rally, her anger swelling with each step. Standing alone, she takes her frustration out on the Arlong Pirates' tattoo emblazoned on her shoulder, stabbing it repeatedly with her dagger, venting years of pain and resentment. Tears streaking down her face, she finally collapses to the ground, defeated.
In that moment, Luffy appears, watching her in silence until she looks up. She hesitates, but then, with a voice full of anguish and determination, she pleads, "Luffy… help me."
Without hesitation, Luffy puts on his hat, determined and ready to bring down Arlong. "Of course I will," he says with mighty roar. He sends the crew into action, instructing them to head toward Arlong Park.
As, they walk toward Arlong Park. Raja with a flick of his Magic Wand give a to Nami treatment and Bandaged it. Another flick give treatment to Zoro and Usopp and Pain reduction spell.
Raja continued waving his Wand, Luffy got new Battle gloves on his Hand and put a spell on his slippers("geta"), Sanji got new light weight Magical shoes, Zoro got two new swords and Usopp got a Magic Hammer. The crew didn't realize the changes due to their mind set on destroying Arlong Park.
Meanwhile, Johnny and Yosaku intercept the villagers as they march toward Arlong Park. They insist that Luffy and his crew will handle the fight on behalf of the village, urging the townspeople to stand down and let them take care of the pirate menace. Understanding the strength of the Straw Hats, Genzo and the others reluctantly agree, their hopes resting on Luffy and his friends to end Arlong's reign once and for all.
Straw Hats reached Arlong Park gate and Luffy punched the wall and destroying it and walked slowly with his crew on his Back.
Luffy " Who is Arlong Here!"
Arlong "Who are you? Iam Arlong."
Luffy " Iam Luffy a Pirate"
Arlong "Pirate so What of it"
Luffy Clenched his Gloved fist strike a pose and with all his "will" put in that fist and Punch Arlong in his face which blasted him through the building walls one by one.
Luffy with angry expression "Don't make our Navigator Cry".
Arlong crew got surprised and shocked by what just happened in front of there as eyes and they got furious and turned towards the people who hurt there leader.
Hatchan recognizes Zoro as the fugitive swordsman, and seeing that Usopp is alive, the Arlong Pirates realize Nami betrayed them. Hatchan summons Momoo to eliminate the crew, but Luffy uses Gomu Gomu no Kazaguruma, knocking out Momoo.
Raja started give commands to the crew on behalf of the Captain " Zoro take down the six hand octopus (Hatchan), Sanji take that Brute (Kuroobi) And Usopp use every mean to take down long lip (Chew)".
The Straw Hats comply his commands and accepting him as their Vice-captain, and Raja turn around and look at the remaining Furious Fish-man Crew and said "Come at me MF".
The battlefield echoed with the sounds of chaos as Usopp squared off against Chu, the intimidating Fishman with a wide, toothy grin. Chu laughed loudly, cracking his knuckles as he stared down at Usopp, clearly amused by his opponent's skinny frame and nervous expression.
"Are you serious, human?" Chu sneered. "You think you can beat me?"
Usopp's knees wobbled, and for a moment, he considered turning around and running. But he took a deep breath, clutching his slingshot tighter, and put on his best brave face.
"Listen up, Fishface!" Usopp declared, masking his fear with bravado. "I am Captain Usopp, the great warrior of the sea! And I'm going to take you down!"
Chu chuckled, spitting a stream of water that created a small crater in the ground beside Usopp. The impact sent a spray of sand into the air, but Usopp didn't flinch. He reached into his satchel, grabbing a handful of pellets.
"Fine," Chu grinned. "Let's see if you've got the guts to back up that big mouth!"
Usopp gulped, trying to steady his shaking hands. But he remembered his friends, his crew, and the people of the village counting on him. He pulled back his slingshot and shouted, "Exploding Star!"
The pellet launched through the air, hitting Chu square in the chest. With a loud bang, it exploded, sending a cloud of smoke and sparks in every direction. Chu staggered back, surprised by the blast, but he quickly recovered, brushing off the soot from his scales.
"Not bad, human," Chu growled, flexing his muscles. "But it'll take more than fireworks to stop me!"
Chu inhaled deeply, his chest expanding, and Usopp's eyes widened as he realized what was coming.
"Water Shotgun!" Chu bellowed, unleashing a spray of high-pressure water bullets straight at Usopp.
Usopp dove to the ground, narrowly avoiding the blast. The water bullets hit the ground behind him, leaving small craters in the sand. Usopp rolled to his feet, frantically loading another pellet into his slingshot.
"Oil Star!" he shouted, launching a pellet filled with slippery oil. It burst open at Chu's feet, coating the ground in a slick, shiny layer.
Chu looked down, momentarily confused. "What's this supposed to do?"
But before he could move, Usopp pulled out another pellet, a fierce grin crossing his face. "Now… Flame Star!"
The fire pellet soared through the air and ignited the oil around Chu's feet, creating a ring of fire. Flames licked at Chu's legs, and he let out an angry roar, stumbling backward as he tried to escape the blaze.
"You little pest!" Chu snarled, brushing off the flames and charging at Usopp with a speed Usopp hadn't expected. In a flash, Chu closed the distance, his fists swinging toward Usopp.
Usopp barely had time to duck. He scrambled back, firing shots with his slingshot to keep Chu at bay. But Chu was relentless, swatting the pellets aside and advancing on Usopp with a deadly gleam in his eye.
"Time to end this!" Chu growled, his fist crashing down toward Usopp.
Usopp threw himself to the side, dodging by a hair's breadth, but he knew he couldn't keep this up forever. He needed a new plan. Catching his breath, Usopp quickly reached into his bag, pulling out a packet of something that looked like ordinary dust.
Chu sneered, "What's that? Throwing sand at me now, coward?"
Usopp grinned. "Not sand. This is… Chili Pepper Star!"
He threw the powder into the air, and the tiny particles scattered around Chu. The Fishman barely had time to react before he inhaled the fine dust—and immediately started coughing and spluttering, his eyes watering uncontrollably.
"Gah! What… What is this?!" Chu wheezed, rubbing at his stinging eyes.
"That's a special blend!" Usopp laughed, taking advantage of the moment to line up his shot. "Made to make big bullies like you cry!"
Usopp took aim with his slingshot, pulling back with all his might. "Impact Star!"
The powerful pellet shot forward, striking Chu directly in the stomach. The force of the impact sent him skidding back, doubling over in pain. But Usopp wasn't done yet. Seizing his chance, he loaded another shot.
"Five-Ton Hammer!"
With a loud shout, Usopp pulled out his "massive" Magical rubber hammer from behind his back, swinging it with all his might as he rushed at Chu. The sight of the giant hammer threw Chu off, and he raised his hands defensively.
"What the—?!"
Usopp brought the hammer down on Chu's head, the exaggerated size of it adding to the impact as Chu nailed to the ground with massive head injury(anime logic).
Usopp stood there, breathing hard, his heart pounding as he looked down at his fallen opponent. A triumphant smile crossed his face, but he quickly collapsed onto his knees, exhausted but victorious.
He had done it, but happened to his Rubber Hammer.
