His eyes were locked onto Jiang Xue's graceful figure with a look of desire, as if she were a lamb ready to be devoured.
"Give up. Xue'er will never marry you!" Jiang Lei refused him outright, filled with confidence knowing Chen Xuan was there.
Luo Shan chuckled, "Father-in-law, don't be so quick to reject me. My father has recently advanced to the peak of the Form Creation Realm!"
Jiang Lei sneered, "So what if he has? Does that make him powerful?"
Luo Shan gritted his teeth and glanced sideways at Chen Xuan, mocking him, "Father-in-law, don't tell me you think this guy is your backing?"
In Luo Shan's eyes, Chen Xuan was merely good-looking and lacked any real power.
He hadn't sensed the slightest trace of energy from him.

This gave Luo Shan the confidence to mock him without restraint.
Jiang Lei coldly said, "Luo Shan, there are some people you shouldn't mess with. You could bring disaster to your Blood Vulture Martial Dojo!"
Luo Shan burst into laughter, "Are you talking about him? In Great Eagle City, it's our Blood Vulture Martial Dojo that calls the shots. I don't care who you are; when you come here, you'd better keep your head down!"
