The entrance to the gym was desolate and empty.
Yuria, holding a thick pile of fliers, approached Su Mingyu.
"Sir, would you like to learn about swimming and fitness?" she asked.
Su Ming-Yu glanced at her before picking up one of the pamphlets.
"Where is your curator? Where is she right now?" Su Ming-Yu asked casually.
"The curator is upstairs. I'll take you to her," Yuria offered.
She led Su Ming-Yu to the second floor of the gym.
Sure enough, the gym's business was struggling.
The poor location, outdated decor, and outdated fitness equipment had driven away potential customers.
At present, the gym had only two personal trainers: Yuria and Dongjun Ha. Although it was the beginning of the personal training model, Su Ming-Yu was convinced that the gym's later success had little to do with the current manager.
The poor management of the gym was obvious.
Yuria introduced Su Mingyu to the curator.
"Unnie, this gentleman wants to talk to you," she said.
Seonjoo Kim looked up and forced a smile. However, her expression betrayed a lingering sadness.

Su Ming-Yu smiled weakly and shook his head.
"I'm not here for a membership. I'd like to discuss business cooperation with you."
Seonjoo frowned slightly at his words.
"Collaboration? What kind of collaboration?"
"It's simple," Su Ming-Yu began. "This gym has outdated equipment and unattractive decor. It won't attract customers like this. I'm willing to invest in renovating the facility and upgrading the equipment."
"In addition, I can rebrand and market this gym. I guarantee that within the first year, the gym's annual revenue will be at least three times what it is now."
Seonjoo Kim's interest was piqued, but skepticism remained.
"And how do you plan to guarantee this increase in revenue?" she asked.
"We can sign a performance contract," Su Ming-Yu explained calmly. "I will invest 300 million yuan to renovate and rebrand this gym. If after one year the revenue doesn't meet your expectations, I'll forfeit any profit and withdraw my investment entirely."
Seonjoo Kim's eyes lit up. The proposal sounded too good to be true - like free money.
"Sir, are you sure you're not joking?" she asked eagerly.
Su Ming-Yu spread his hands. "I don't have time for jokes."
"All right," Seonjoo Kim said, her excitement evident. "I agree to your investment. Let's draw up a contract right away."
She pulled Su Ming-Yu into her office, eager to finalize the agreement. After all, this was a risk-free opportunity to revive her failing gym.
However, Su Ming-Yu smiled calmly and said, "Before we continue, let me outline my terms."
Seonjoo Kim's enthusiasm faded slightly and she frowned.
"What are your conditions?"
"They are simple. First, I want this gym to be registered as a corporation. I'll hold 99% of the shares, and you'll keep 1% as original shares." { T/N- Lol.. 😂 😆 }
Before Su Ming-Yu could continue, Seonjoo Kim interrupted him.
"That won't work. If you have such a large share, what's stopping you from selling the gym and disappearing with the money?"
Su Ming-Yu smiled, noticing her cunning.
"It's simple. I'll buy the gym outright. The equipment is outdated and the customer traffic is minimal. I'll pay you 400 million yuan up front," Su Ming-Yu explained.
Seonjoo Kim's eyes shone with greed.
"As for the supplementary agreement," she countered, "if the gym doesn't generate three times its current revenue within a year, you'll have to leave the renovation and equipment to me."
Su Ming-Yu's immediately recognized her greedy intentions, but he also realized that her ambition made her easy to manipulate.
She was just the kind of person he needed - a figurehead to act as a puppet. When the gym became profitable, he could easily find someone to take the blame if necessary.
After some thought, Su Mingyu nodded.
"No problem. However, I have one last condition - I will not be listed as the legal representative of the company."
Seonjoo Kim's expression flickered with suspicion, but she quickly hid it.
She realized that there were potential risks in being the legal representative. However, since Su Ming-Yu didn't demand the position for himself, she could easily assign the title to Dongjun Ha or Yuria.
After thinking it over, Seonjoo Kim stood up and extended her hand.
"Deal," she said confidently.
