Emily said that her friend want her to accompany her to drink, and she also asked Stella if she want to come with them or not.

But Stella refused.

She didn't like this kind of occasion. On the other hand, her baby was still at home alone and waiting for her...

Emily didn't force her and left.

Because when she come, she was coming with Emily so right now she didn't have any lift to go back home. Also, she had just returned not long ago, she also doesn't have her car, so she can only go home alone.
