"Jack, are you ready?" Darius Novak stood across the sparring mat, arms crossed, his stance relaxed yet commanding. His reputation as the reigning champion was well-earned, and the aura around him seemed almost impenetrable.

Jack adjusted his gloves, a smirk playing on his lips. "I've been ready, Darius. Question is, are you ready to take me seriously?"

Darius chuckled, a deep, knowing sound. "Confidence. I like it. Let's see if you've got the skills to back it up."

Ruby leaned on the ropes, watching intently as the two men squared off. "Jack, don't let him knock that smirk off your face too fast!" she called out, her voice teasing but laced with genuine concern.

Darius raised an eyebrow at the exchange but said nothing. He took a step forward, raising his fists. "Show me what you've got, Ghost."
