Kayla opened and closed her mouth. "This… what does this mean for us, Oliver? You keep kissing me and touching me, what are we?" Her usual confidence was replaced with a teenage girl, with cheeks so flushed and her words being said in a whisper.

Oliver held her chin with two fingers, staring into her eyes, "I don't know what this means, Hastings. But I know that I never learned how to share. You are mine and mine only."

"You can't be saying things like that. You're my professor and I'm your student. If people find out about… about us, our careers and reputation would be destroyed. I can't ask you to risk that much for me." Kayla turned her head away from him because of how heavy his gaze was.

"I bought the school, Hastings. I bought it for you and anyone that has something to say about our relationship might as well go to hell because no one has the right to insult you… except for me." The last part was said as a joke, making Kayla roll her eyes.
