Just as Mu Ningxue was about to draw her Ice Crystal Bow and make a final stand, and just when the assassin thought he would die at her hands, a strange man's voice reached their ears.
Simultaneously, a thin layer of pale silver spatial membrane enveloped everything around them. As they speculated and awaited death, a handsome, sunny boy appeared on a white horse beside Mu Ningxue. He grabbed her by the waist, lifted her onto the horse, and left the Time Lag zone. Being the magic's caster, Qin Chen wasn't affected by his own spatial magic and could bring others in and out of the Time Lag zone at will.
Mu Ningxue instinctively resisted being touched by a stranger and tried to escape his grasp, but his strength was overwhelming, and she couldn't break free.
«Don't move, the danger isn't over yet!»
Seeing her struggle, Qin Chen tightened his grip.
