Capítulo 191: The Battle of Amaras

Elara followed the endless chains deeper into the void, grumbling under her breath with every step. "Seriously, a lightning warden? Who designs these places, anyway? Someone who thinks Dungeons & Dragons is real life?"

[Less complaining, more rescuing,] the System chimed in. [You're almost there.]

She stopped short as the chains suddenly pulled taut, splitting in two directions. "Almost where? This place is like a bad video game level."

[Straight ahead. And keep your wits about you. This isn't over.]

Elara rolled her eyes. "It never is."

With a deep breath, she pushed forward and stumbled into a clearing. The sight before her stopped her in her tracks.

Two Amaras.

They were locked in a fierce, almost mirror-like battle, each one wielding a chain like a whip. Sparks flew as their weapons clashed, and their identical faces twisted in frustration.

"Oh, you have got to be kidding me," Elara muttered.
