The crew applauded, murmuring praise for the captivating performance. Lorenzo strode over, grinning. "Perfect! That's exactly what I wanted! The tension, the connection fantastic work, both of you."

Amara and Elara exchanged glances, catching their breath as they shook off the weight of their characters. Even after all the training and rehearsals, a scene like that had a way of leaving them both a bit raw. As Lorenzo moved to set up the next part of the scene, the crew handed out water bottles, giving the actors a short break.

Amara leaned against one of the set pieces, glancing sideways at Elara, who was readjusting her hood and armor. "Think Rowan's a little suspicious by now, hmm?" she teased, keeping her voice low.

Elara shot her a look, arching an eyebrow. "A 'little'? He's practically on the verge of making a grand announcement. If he figures it out any faster, he'll probably take the entire monster down just to impress her."
