Capítulo 80: THE KISS

Charlotte returned with a glass of water, handing it to Sebastian. "Here you go," she said softly.

Sebastian smiled nervously, taking the water and gulping it down in one swift motion. As he set the empty glass on the table, Charlotte began to speak.

"I'm sorry for barging in. You weren't around for a week, and I got worried...and..." Her voice trailed off as she lowered her gaze, her cheeks flushing slightly.

"It's fine, it was unexpected, I guess." Sebastian sat at the edge of the bed, his hands clasped together. "Look, I'm sorry too, for shouting the other night and chasing you out. I was really upset."

Charlotte's eyes met his, her curiosity high, "About Grace's presence or what she said?" she asked, her face inches from his. She was desperate to know if Grace's words had been true.
