Capítulo 74: Who Are You?

The clouds gathered ominously over the Capital, the air was thick with foreboding. Slowly but surely, the plague has started to spread. 

Small clusters of citizens fell ill with high fevers and uncontrollable shivers. No matter what medicine they took, the fever just didn't seem to reduce. There was fear in the hearts of the affected.

But this was just the beginning...

With smug satisfaction, Edward watched the commotion unfold from his chamber in the Holy Temple. Sacrifices are needed for him to get what he wants. 

Panic will do them no good... He grinned, his lips curling into a chilling smile. What will Adeline do now? He thought.

Her helping nature was visible for him to see. Will she expose herself to help the ones that are affected or will she stay quiet?

He paced the room, thinking of her power. His fascination with Adeline was more than just curiosity... It was an obsession.
