"Mhmm, where am I?" Victor grunted as he slowly opened his eyes.
"Ugh!" he grumbled as the sunlight hit directly in his eyes, and he covered his eyes with his hands.
A moment later, he slowly opened his eyes while squinting to get used to the bright sunlight.
"Where am I? Am I not dead?" he asked himself as he looked at his surroundings. He was in what appeared to be the edge of a forest with thick trees at his back and a grassy plain in front.
The scent of fresh herbs and plants hit him as he turned around toward the forest. He was squinting while his mind raced to think of the possibilities and make sense of his current situation.
'What happened?' he questioned himself, 'Where am I?' Victor used all his brainpower as he questioned what had happened to him when he suddenly realized something that made his heart thump with excitement.
'Did I really... transmigrate?' His heartbeat quickened while his eyes trembled with excitement for his new chance.
'Wait, from the unhealthy amount of novels that I have read so far, I should get a system.'
Victor took a deep breath and calmed his mind; he clenched his jaw and muttered, "Here we go!"

He looked at the individual stats and the shop and skills menu and didn't get much surprise since that is the standard for any system, but he had never heard about the system having a devotee option or a race named Valorian.
'Wait, shouldn't I get a starter pack?' A question popped up in his mind as he recalled the system novels he had read. He knew that usually the system would grant the MC a starter pack to help the Mc.
'Hey system, do I get a starter pack?' Aurelius asked curiously.
