He had no more words to say about the house; it was modern and didn't look like something that should be in Nigeria, but here it was. It was spacious and, above all, secluded from the city. Of course, this meant he was open to attacks, but that was an issue he would solve later.
After a few more minutes of inspection, Richard finally signed the documents provided before the men left.
"Mrs. Shadrack, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting, but do you think you'll be able to do it?" Richard asked.
She was the interior designer and a relative of one of his coursemates. He had chosen her simply because he was familiar with her.
"Of course. We should be done in about a week or two. By then, all you'll have to do is move in," she replied.
"That's fast."
"It's what we pride ourselves on. We'll do our very best to ensure we don't inconvenience you in any way," she replied.
