Jidenna just like the other students flowed into the open hall, it was the d day.
The day of the election
The tension that had been surging these past few days was at it's peak.
The nervous glances and fidgeting voters were evidence of how much the election had gotten to almost everyone.
Of course apart from himself.
He wasn't going to vote for anyone. Previously he had gone through all the people gunning for the president seat and didn't find anyone in the least bit appealing to him.
Especially as an international student.
All the people his eyes could see had a very indifferent personality, they wouldn't do anything or retaliate unless the person involved was someone who was under them, not because they wanted but because of their pride— touching my follower is touching me kind of mentality
Or in some rarer cases someone they cared about.
