Capítulo 30: Too Much To Handle

As Anastasia was still reeling from the revelation that the name in the marriage certificate was Ethan, a sudden slap landed on her cheek.

"Bit**! I knew it! Daniel? What nonsense!" Bella, consumed by anger, slapped Anastasia without hesitation.

"Bella!" Marleen rushed to Anastasia's side, checking on her with concern.

Anastasia stood frozen, still trying to process the shocking truth. "It must be a coincidence… the same name…" she mumbled to herself, desperately clinging to the belief that Daniel and Ethan couldn't be the same person. But the realisation that they might have shattered her confidence entirely.

"Coincidence of the same name?" Bella laughed bitterly. "Stop pretending!"

"No! Ethan's name… what is Ethan's full name?" Anastasia, now completely lost and desperate for clarity, asked with urgency.
