I stood, frozen in my spot, not knowing what to say or do. And I had to admit, had it not been for Vladimir approaching me, I doubted that I would have had it in me to move in the first place.

His eyes met mine and he nodded in assurance, and despite the fear that I felt, I forced myself to taking a step toward the chair, which was beside his, that he guided me to.

"Audrey, a pleasure to meet you." A woman, I could assume who was the pack Luna, the famous Luna Myla, said, giving me a gentle smile. She was always known to be the love of her husband, Alpha Lyonov. "I'm Luna Myla, Vladimir's mother, my husband, Alpha Lyonov."

"A pleasure to meet all of you," I said, and she nodded. I looked down at the empty plate that I had in front of me, and I couldn't help but find myself fighting back running back to the room knowing that I was the center of attention.
