Jacquelyn touched her lips after Kael had moved back, she just couldn't get angry at him. He knew how to drive her to the cliff and still bring her down. She wished she could learn to do the same to him and give him a taste of his own medicine, but right now, hearing Kael's words melted those thoughts away, and Jacquelyn's cheeks turned pink. With her hand balled into a small fist, she hit Kael's hand.

"Husband...someone might see us," She pressed her lips, looking around to be sure they were alone. While her face reddened even more, as she couldn't control the blush that reached her ears.

Kael smiled, staring at the girl. "Us? Or just the little red riding hood," he said, then resumed walking with his hand dipped inside his pocket.
