Ye Xi's footsteps came to a halt.
Staring at his back, she wondered how he could be so perceptive.
"No," Ye Xi denied.
Ah Gui pulled a stool out for her to sit down and did not press further, "What sort of design do you want? Where are you planning to get it?"
Ye Xi remembered her father telling her to wear a dress and look nice in the evening.
After thinking it over, she pointed to her collarbone and said, "Right here."
Ah Gui then asked, "What kind of pattern do you want?"
Ye Xi bit her lip, mulling it over seriously. At last, an idea struck her, "Give me a name. The kind with a heart."
Ah Gui looked at her somewhat surprised.
Ye Xi felt that it had to be this way, something that would make it clear it wasn't just any tattoo but one with a story.
Having a name inked on her body would be enough to express her intentions.
Anyone with brains should understand what that represents and wouldn't take an interest in her.
