"Young-tae is training his strikes intensely," Yu Jung-ak said, watching Kim Young-tae practice his striking. Yu Jung-ak had recently returned to training after taking it easy following his last match. He had cut weight, rebounded, and then competed. Even without damage from Ki Young-min, there was still wear and tear. Naturally, he needed time to rest his body.

"He seems to have found his groove lately."

Yu Jung-ak was gradually building up his body with stretching and light conditioning exercises. Strength training was forbidden. Usually the first to arrive at the training center, Yu Jung-ak had been coming in last recently as he was in a recovery phase.

He wasn't sleeping in, but would wake up early, do some light conditioning, eat breakfast, and then return to his room to watch movies or relax.

"How far along are you?"

"In terms of condition?"
