I asked, a note of bewilderment creeping into my voice. "Isn't that too few? If each person had one, there'd only be 78 Awakened Eldritch or if everyone ascends higher, only 11 Saints could exist at any given time."

Miss Rose's lips curled into a wry smile, her eyes gleaming with a hint of something darker than amusement. "You shouldn't fixate on mere numbers, Mr. Jesper," she said, her tone tinged with a subtle condescension. "what i mean to say is There are 56 'types' of Minor Arcana cards, but not a fixed number of each. The reality is far more complex and enigmatic than you might imagine."
