Ezequiel noticed that most of the other gods around him just sat down to meditate, so he did the same. There wasn't much else to do, so he decided to spend the next few weeks furthering his cultivation.

Doing nothing for a few weeks was quite normal for most gods, after all, they had an almost infinite lifespan. What was 4 weeks in the grand scheme of things?

As for trying to socialize? He decided against it. Who knew what the other Gods were up to in there, maybe they would just go there on their own.

It was better for him to be alone with Marie than to be in the company of the wrong people. The greed of the Gods was immeasurable and they would surely betray him at the slightest sight of treasure.

Marie and Kenny also focused on meditating, seemingly unconcerned about interacting with the people around them.
