The night before the trip to Astra City, Hirvan sat at his desk, exhausted. His young aunt, Anita, stood beside him, meticulously reviewing his answers to the practice test she had made him take. The room was quiet except for the sound of pages turning and the occasional scratch of a pen.

"Okay," Anita said, breaking the silence as she finished her review.

"According to our bet, if you got 70 per cent of the questions right, I'll let you go this weekend."

Hirvan held his breath, anxiously waiting for her verdict. He had spent countless hours, pulling all-nighters to ensure he passed, driven by a desire to prove Anita wrong. She had teased him mercilessly, claiming that love had made him silly and distracted.

Anita looked up from the papers and gave him a small, approving nod. "Well done. You can go."
