Capítulo 18: ONE SHOT CHALLENGE!
Hey everyone Seeker here. You see I was writing the camping trip chapter and then I hit a big road block. I was like hey I really have no more ideas for this chapter but I really liked what I wrote down. So like that one person on the group project I'll let you guys do the rest of the work for me! So below is like the beginning of the chapter it could just be inspirational and you take it a completely diffrent way. Or you can continue where I left off. It really dosnt matter too me. I'm just lazy and also kind of curious (if anyone actually does this) what you guys think of Yumi and how you'd like write her. So yah here you guys are the first like half (idk) of the chapter.
"First we clear the campsite!" Gon exclaims very matter a factly.
I'm about to join them but Leorio raises his hand.
"Don't even think about it"
I pout. "Come on! I can manage this Leorio! Isn't excersive a key part in my recovery!"
He nods which makes my heart hopefull but his next words ruins my mood.
"The walk here qas excersive enough for you. You even had to be carried by Killua. I really think You're good."
I know he's right. But seeing them move around leaves Mr alone. I don't have any of there attention so I can't start a conversation and I don't want to disturb them.
So I'm just there. I'm alone. I'm there and I'm alone. I'm there but I'm a alone.
As the realization sinks in my mood lowers and then emptys. I'm there but I'm alone. They're my freinds but they can never know me. They can never truly know me. I can't tell them anything about how I feel about them cause then they'll shun me.
'So this is the lie I must live huh' I question sighing accepting my fate. Little did I know that living that lie would prove much tougher then I'd ever imagine cause things don't always go to plan.
"I'm done!" Killua says but when everyone turns they see that he had not only cleared ignitable stuff but also rocks, animals, tree roots, and even a bunch of grass.
A tick forms on Leorios forehead but he calms himself down. 'He's new at this, he's Ness at this, he's new at this'he repeats.
Gon sweat drops. "Killua. You don't have to take everything away. Just the stuff that might trip us or catch on fire"
"Oh" Killua says a bit surprised. "Okay I'm sorry then. Well then what's next"
"Well we're supposed to figure out shelter next...."
"Done" They all then turn to their freinds voice only to see a dirty Kurapika standing next to a perfect shelter for five made out of wood and leaves.
"That should work" Gon nods while Leorio looks at the shelter jaw slack.
"What, When, How, Huh?!"
In the midst of Leorios confusion Killua steps up and nods his head in approval.
"That's a good shelter. Where did you learn how to make this?"
"Oh I just used make a bunch of shelters with my freinds when I was younger. It's a bit of a past time it's been a whole so I'm glad you all find it satisfactory" Kurapika says dusting himself off casually only confusing Leorio further.
"IS NOBODY GOING TO QUESTION THIS!"
"Why are you so worried about it Leorio?" Gon questions running past the man to high five Kurapika.
"That tent came out of NO WHERE! I-I-Its impossible! Preposterous! A-" He stops as he feels a hand on his back turning he sees its Yumi shaking her head.
"Don't worry about it big guy. You'll have more peace of mind if you just don't try to understand it" Leorio ends up nodding absent mindedly to which Yumi smiles. Its not very full though but everyone was too caught up in what they were doing to fully notice.
Except for Killua. But he didn't bother to ask. 'I'm sure she'll be fine' is all he thinks before Gon brings up another point.
"Okay because it's still afternoon I don't think we need to build a fire yet so maybe field a water source?"
"Did you see anything when you where up in the tree Gon?" Killua question clearly sparking Gon's memory as Hey snaps.
"That's right! I did!" He then pinches his noes and sniffs before turning around and pointing.
"There!" He exclaims before running off.
"Wait up Gon!" Killua shouts before he runs.
"Here we go again" Kurapika sighs before running after them before he stops, turns, and shouts to us."
"Leorio! Can you bring Yumi with you! We can't leave her alone!" And then he speeds after the rest of the cast.
