Capítulo 100: Getting Ready

I was over the moon! Donna had agreed to help me with my final transition and allowing me to be a complete girl... 'full-on girl' were her exact words and I couldn't have been happier at that exact moment. I did have to stay on Planet Earth since Donna explained that the surgery would be extensive and the recovery something that would take time. "Baby girl, it won't be as easy as getting your boob job was. We have to plan it down to the detail and I have to find the 'right' doctor and discuss it in the 'right way,'" she patiently explained with a naughty gleam in her eye.
