Roger and Goway returned to the city, where they once again visited the clock shop they had been to before. They were received by the same plump middle-aged woman as before.

"Everything went smoothly, that thing should not reappear for a while."

even losing his weapon in the process, Goway turned a blind eye.

"With this mission complete, your rank can be raised by one level again,"

the middle-aged woman said with a smile.

"Do you plan to rest for a bit, or would you like to take on another mission?"

Thinking it over, Goway answered, "Help me contact Grace, I have something I need to discuss with him."

A look of surprise flashed in the middle-aged woman's eyes.

"It's unlike you to seek him out. Not long ago, he was inquiring about you with me."
