Raika stirred awake, her heart still pounding from the dream that had jolted her out of sleep. She glanced at the clock—it was 11:00 a.m. The remnants of the dream clung to her mind, a shadow she couldn't shake off. Sitting up in bed, she took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. The room was bathed in soft daylight, and for a moment, she found comfort in the familiar surroundings.

As her thoughts cleared, she realized she couldn't stay cooped up in her room any longer. She needed to move, to do something. "I think I'll go to school today," she murmured to herself, tapping her lips thoughtfully. Her mind immediately shifted to Mia, the worry settling in like a stone in her chest. "I hope Mia went to school... I need to make sure she's okay."
