Capítulo 33: Apology & Update
Hello, my lovely phoenixes, dragons and phoenix-dragons. (＾▽＾)
Tiff here, not sure if I have said my name here before or not but yeah you can call me Tiff or Mrs_TNT both are my actual names. (o^ ^o)/
I would like to start off by saying that I am very sorry for not uploading any new chapters since last week. As I have stated in a few comments all of my children were sick and so was I. Turns out my kiddos all had bacterial infections going on in their throats, which I initially chalked up to postnasal drip caused by seasonal allergies but sadly I was wrong this time. (╥﹏╥)
Fortunately, my babies have improved greatly with some antibiotics. The bad news is that I am still running fevers off and on. To make matters worse my normal or rather I should say my typical health problems have been flaring up, so my body and brain have been going into what I fondly referred to as my "safe mode".
"Safe mode", for me anyways, is where no matter what I do I can no stay awake longer than to go to the bathroom, take a few sips of water, take my meds and then pass right back out. It is not a restful sleep with, no dreaming, it sucks. My pain level has been very high as well hitting a 9 on a scale 1-10 with 10 being the worst.

(×﹏×) ... My Rx pain meds help but only so much. I have also had a constant migraine and it has been so bad I my vision was worse than being drunk. All that said to let yall know why there has been a lack of updates. I am feeling a bit better but still far from my good days. My flare doesn't appear to be going anywhere any time soon, so I am doing my best to push through the pain long enough to get out at least one chapter for yall. I want the quality of my writing to at minimum to be good, so it has taken me some time, but I am nearly finished with it. __φ(．．;)

I humbly ask that yall bear with me and have patience while I try to battle my ongoing health problems. This novel will remain free to read and as long as there are readers who want to continue to read Phoenix Interrupted, I will continue to work hard and diligently on it for you.
