Capítulo 183: Sister Purple's Strangeness

Leila understood the guilt Sister Purple was feeling. 

The truth was she was indeed not from the same world as the rest of the group. Nine, Demon and the others were killers, thieves, spies and other similar things. Their minds had long been warped. 

The years they spent serving their captors broke their innocence and psyche. Inside the prison base, their source of light was Sister Purple, who would bandage their wounds and sing to them. 

But to maintain that life, they ensured Sister Purple maintained her innocence about the things they did as much as was possible.

After leaving, the group still placed her on a pedestal and insisted she take up a different life. As for them, there was no true hope of redemption. They could not pretend nothing happened and become ordinary. Their lives would always be in the shadows.

But Sister Purple could.

And the others did not want to drag her down. 

It was not strange that they did not talk to her.
