Sterling nodded as he listened to the information from Xavier. 

He understood the need for caution. So, he did not ask for more details, even if he wanted to know everything. He was not stupid even though he could be a little slow in social interactions. 

From that moment Leila burst into their brunch room at The Laguna, he knew the girl was special to Xavier. 

He just did not know how special she was. 

"See, that was not hard," Callum said with pleasure at seeing Xavier backing down from a fight with him.
