It was a good thing that Penny had someone maintain her place atop the Prime Group, just in case. Otherwise, spending a round of passion with her husband would have been a hassle.

"Though I have to say…" Penny stopped, tapping the vacant spot on the side of the bed. She turned to her side, where Zoren was hugging her. "This bed is a lot firmer than our bed."

Zoren chuckled, eyes closed, his chin resting on her bare shoulder. "That's because no one's using it. Don't worry, it'll get softer soon."

"Soon?"

Zoren slowly opened his eyes, gazing at her. "I can come by here every once in a while to have lunch with you."

"You mean to make me your lunch?!"

"No?" he fluttered his eyelashes ever so tenderly. "My dessert, to be exact."

Penny gasped at her husband while he chuckled in a low baritone. She moved away, only to get pulled back into his arms.
