The four companions looked at Saint Nusjuro in disbelief.
"Are you serious, Saint Nusjuro?" one of them asked incredulously.
"This level of Armament Haki is too exaggerated," another exclaimed, shaking his head.
"Yeah, only a few in the Navy can do this," a third pointed out.
"Are you sure it's not a mistake?" the fourth inquired skeptically.
Saint Nusjuro shook his head, his voice trembling as he replied, "Sengoku confirmed it several times; there were many witnesses on-site. It's true."
Hiss. The four of them gasped in shock. They looked at each other, their expressions bewildered, eyes full of amazement.
"Saint Nusjuro, is your younger relative a monster?" one of them asked, still trying to process the news.
"Yes, he's only eleven," another added, astonished.
"With such talent, won't he be stronger than us in the future?" the third mused.
"No, at his current growth rate, he'll probably be able to beat us all up by the time he's an adult," the fourth concluded, shaking his head.
Saint Nusjuro also found it unbelievable. He recalled that initially, there was just a report from the family about a child with 'some' talent.
Saint Nusjuro didn't pay much attention. He only provided some support with an indifferent attitude. But later, Saint Lakeman seemed to soar like a rocket, becoming more and more astonishing.
'From the moment he appeared in my eyes until now, reaching top-tier strength, it's been less than a year, right?' Saint Nusjuro thought in shock. He felt as if he had merely blanked out for a moment.
Saint Lakeman had suddenly grown from an ordinary person to a top-tier powerhouse. It didn't seem like just a year had passed, but more than ten years.
"What do you all think?" Saint Nusjuro pondered, asking for their opinions, as he didn't know how to face Saint Lakeman anymore. Such terrifying talent was something he had never encountered before.
"Fully support him," one of the elders suggested without hesitation.
"That's right, the stronger Saint Lakeman becomes, the stronger the rule of the World Government will be," another added with conviction.
"Perhaps... he can become the next leader?" a third elder proposed, eyes gleaming with the possibility.
"The prophecy is going to happen; we must prepare in advance," the fourth elder agreed solemnly.
The four of them expressed their support without hesitation. They were well aware that the world was about to be engulfed by the sea once again.
Before that day came, the Sun God Nika was likely to reappear. At that time, the war from eight hundred years ago would begin again.
"But we have nothing to offer him anymore, right?" Saint Nusjuro mused. "At the admiral level, the only way to improve further is through grinding effort..."
The other four were silent for a moment. But soon, they came to a conclusion.
"Then let Saint Lakeman choose for himself," one of them suggested.
"Exactly, he's reached such heights without relying on others; he surely has extraordinary vision and wisdom," another agreed.
"We just need to trust him," a third said confidently.
"Grant Saint Lakeman access to privileges second only to ours," the fourth concluded.
Upon hearing this, Saint Nusjuro nodded. He agreed with this approach.
"Let's do that," Saint Nusjuro said.
That day, a message was sent from the World Government to Saint Lakeman.
"Oh?" Saint Lakeman put down the exclusive Celestial Dragon Den Den Mushi in surprise. The news he had just received surprised him.
"'They've given me secondary privileges?'" Saint Lakeman mused.
"'Access to internal scientific experiments, contraband, controlled resources, and so on. Everything is open, and I can request the Research Department to develop specific plans or research directions. And I can command most of the CP and Navy units. Even Admirals can be ordered.'"
Saint Lakeman found it unbelievable.
These privileges effectively made him a figure second only to the Five Elders. Aside from not being able to meet Imu or command the Knights of God, he was otherwise on par with the Five Elders. If the Five Elders were considered presidents, he would be the vice president.
"'Indeed, once you have power, status, wealth, authority, and other things will naturally follow,'" Saint Lakeman chuckled softly. Now, even if Amazon Lily knew that Hancock was in his hands, they likely wouldn't dare make a sound.
Because Saint Lakeman could command the Navy and CP to destroy Amazon Lily at all costs. With enough determination, even the Calm Belt could be crossed.
"Where should I wander next?" Saint Lakeman put down the Den Den Mushi, looking outside and pondering, "'My purpose in coming here is halfway complete. It seems Trafalgar D. Law, Baby 5, Monet, and Sugar have not joined the Donquixote family yet.'"
"'It's a pity that trashy Doflamingo has not claimed Dressrosa yet, otherwise Scarlett and Viola would have already been mine by now. Stussy should have completed the task by now. Let's contact her to know how are my bitches in Dressrosa.'"
"Lily, contact Stussy," he ordered his maid as he walked slowly, touring the island.
"Yes, Master," Lily answered and dialed Stussy's Den Den Mushi.
Puru Puru Puru –
At the Port, Dressrosa
Stussy stepped off the merchant ship with a few CP agents disguised as merchants. The sun was setting over the picturesque island, casting golden hues across the bustling port. Her disguise was impeccable, rendering her unrecognizable to the casual observer.
"Go contact our spies and get the accurate location of Kyros, Scarlett, and Viola," Stussy instructed one of the agents, her voice low but commanding.
The agent nodded, blending seamlessly into the crowd, and returned after a while with the information Stussy needed.
"They're in the marketplace district. Kyros is shadowing Princess Scarlett as usual, and Viola is at the palace," the agent reported.
"'Fufu... Let's see the beauty of Saint Lakeman's next slave,'" Stussy chuckled softly, her eyes gleaming with anticipation.
"Go, follow Kyros, Viola, and King Riku. I will entertain our master's beloved Scarlett."
As her team dispersed, Stussy strolled leisurely toward Scarlett's location. The streets were alive with the vibrant energy of Dressrosa's citizens, who were enjoying the evening festivities. Colorful banners fluttered in the warm breeze, and the scent of street food wafted through the air.
Stussy reached the bustling town square, where a crowd had gathered, cheering for Princess Scarlett. Scarlett stood in the center, her pink hair braided in a ponytail, wearing a stunning orange gown with frills that fluttered gracefully as she moved. She bent down to help an elderly man retrieve his glasses, her smile radiant and genuine.
"Princess Scarlett is so kind," a woman in the crowd remarked, with admiration in her voice.
"Yeah, she always helps those in need," a man agreed, nodding his head.
"She is kind and wise just like her father, King Riku," another added, clapping enthusiastically.
Stussy watched from the shadows, listening to the endless praises for the princess. The sight of Scarlett's genuine kindness only served to irritate her further.
"'Tsk... What's so great about this dumb bimbo? Neither her body nor her face is as good as mine or Hancock's. I don't know what Saint Lakeman sees in this woman. He didn't take me with him but sent me for this stupid woman,'" Stussy thought, jealousy and irritation simmering beneath her composed exterior.
Her eyes scanned the area, spotting Kyros watching over Scarlett from a nearby alley, his expression vigilant and protective. His eyes never left Scarlett, his duty as her secret guardian clear in every tense line of his body.
"'So, this is my target. Let's get it done quickly and then leave this damned place,'" she thought, determination hardening her resolve.
Shave—
In an instant, Stussy appeared behind Kyros, moving with a grace and stealth honed through years of training. Her presence went unnoticed as Kyros's attention remained fixed on Scarlett.
With ruthless efficiency, Stussy plunged her dark palm, coated with Armament Haki, into his heart from behind, crushing it with a single, decisive blow.
Kyros felt a sharp pain as he looked down, seeing a palm protruding from his chest. His eyes widened in shock and confusion.
"Why?" he gasped, turning to look at Stussy with pleading eyes before the light faded from them.
"Who told you to love a woman that belongs to Saint Lakeman?" Stussy muttered, her voice cold and detached as she wiped the blood off her hand with a handkerchief.
She tossed the handkerchief onto Kyros's lifeless body and disappeared into the shadows, leaving the scene as quietly as she had arrived.
At the Dock, Dressrosa
Stussy boarded the ship, her mission complete. She instructed her subordinates to continue keeping an eye on Scarlett and Viola, ensuring their safety until Saint Lakeman could claim them.
"Ensure everything proceeds smoothly here," she ordered before leaving alone, the weight of her actions unburdening her conscience.
After an Hour.
Palace, King's Height
The palace was in a state of turmoil. King Riku, visibly distressed, addressed his ministers, seeking answers.
"Did you find who killed our guard captain, Kyros?" King Riku demanded, his voice filled with grief and frustration.
"No, Your Majesty, we didn't find any clue except a lady's handkerchief," one of the ministers replied, bowing his head in apology.
"Maybe it was an enemy from his gladiator days..." another minister suggested, trying to make sense of the senseless act.
The court buzzed with whispered theories and speculation, but no one had any real answers.
After a Few Days
On the Ship
Puru Puru Puru—
"Master, did you miss me?" Stussy answered, her voice sultry and teasing.
"Yes, I missed your slutty mouth and body quite a lot. How's the task?" Saint Lakeman replied.
"It's been completed as per your wish," Stussy reported, satisfaction in her tone.
"Good. Wait for me on the Sabaody Archipelago. Keep an eye on Shakky if she has come back."
Spider Miles Island, North Blue
Gatcha—
"'Damn seductive woman. Let's go to Hancock and give her a good pounding,'" Lakeman thought, feeling his dick rise at the prospect.
On the Other Side
At the Donquixote Family's Headquarters
"Saint Lakeman said he wants to wander around," Doflamingo said.
Hearing Lakeman's name, everyone straightened their expressions. Just the mention of his name made them take it seriously.
"Rosinante, you act as the guide and show Saint Lakeman around," Doflamingo instructed, looking at a young man beside him. This was another man draped in a feather coat.
Donquixote Rosinante. Doflamingo's younger brother.
