Valerie was given her room and she stayed inside all day. There was not much for the day left but she spent the remaining time staring at the ceiling as well as the interior of the room.

She didn't want to be seen too much so she did not go outside and even had her meal inside her room.

She was also so exhausted that she wanted to sleep but she couldn't shut her eyes for more than five minutes as she would immediately recall the kiss she had with Maximus.

Yes, that was what was keeping her awake. Memories of her kiss and her fondling act. How could she have been so bold?

She hadn't seen Max since they parted ways but she couldn't stop thinking of him. She needed to sleep.

There was just so much she needed to do the next day. Lucy's birthday would take place the next day and she could never let it go smoothly, so she needed to be relaxed enough to act the Villainess brilliantly.
