　　I drew back to leave her body, but Jesse grabbed for me, never breaking the gaze. "No, Cazz! Don't be scared!" Her eyes were wide, and fear tainted her gorgeous, rich scent. 

　　Shuddering, I bent forward, bracing one arm on the bed, grounding myself, preparing to tear out of her gaze and take back control.
