As far as it went about Colt, Marineford had very little information about him.
They only knew his name and a few abilities he had shown before.
The summary given by Smoker was that this person's strength was very dangerous, but his behavior… was not particularly lethal.
This was also why Colt had been on the Grand Line for so long without encountering Marines specially sent to arrest him.
There were many vicious pirates on the Grand Line, and the New World had recently been turbulent.
The Marines really didn't have the energy to manage a seemingly harmless two-person pirate group.
However, Aokiji felt he needed to re-examine this young man.
"Yes, it is indeed Uchiha Sasuke. Do you miss your old friend?" Colt confirmed Aokiji's guess with a grin.
"I heard from Sasuke that he had an 'interesting' encounter with you back in the Sabaody Archipelago."
Aokiji subconsciously scratched his chest, where Amaterasu's black flames had once burned him. The black flames, which couldn't be extinguished, had nearly killed him.
"Sigh…" Aokiji's eyelids twitched; he didn't think being burned so badly could be said to be an interesting encounter.
He looked at Colt, wondering if this person genuinely didn't understand tact or was being deliberately eccentric.
"So, you're in contact with such a dangerous person as Uchiha Sasuke. It seems I've caught a big fish this time," Aokiji said, his voice serious.
Colt's expression shifted as he replied in a stern tone.
"Not good! You've discovered this secret. I guess I'll have to deal with you here today!"
The scene grew awkward.
Even Robin and Nami stopped what they were doing to look at Colt with a silent gaze.
'Why is he acting sarcastic at such an important time?'
Aokiji glanced at Robin, his expression complicated.
"Is this the pirate crew you've chosen this time?" he asked.
Colt's acting was terrible!
"Forget it; I guess I don't have much talent in acting. Not everyone can be a jack-of-all-trades," Colt muttered, scratching his nose as he ended his poorly executed performance.
Turning to Robin, he said.
"Today, I'll help you get rid of a nightmare as an advance on your payment."
Robin's hands trembled.
Colt understood why.
In the past, the pirate crews she'd joined never lasted long, with Aokiji often contributing to their downfalls.
Due to Ohara's destruction and his bond with Saul, Aokiji felt obligated to keep Robin on the right path.
But the crews Robin joined hadn't been the right places for her, and she gained a notorious reputation as the Devil's Child, one marked by bad luck.
Unbeknownst to Robin, this was Aokiji's way of protecting her.
But words meant little; only true strength could offer real security.
Today, Colt planned to use Aokiji as an example.
Colt surveyed the icy landscape around them and nodded.
"The battlefield is all set. Admiral Aokiji is certainly considerate."
"Thank you for the compliment," Aokiji replied, sighing.
"But wouldn't it be easier if you surrendered without a fight? It would save you a lot of trouble."
The air grew colder as Aokiji's body became encased in a thick layer of frost.
As a Marine Admiral, he could alter the climate itself.
When it came to sheer environment-changing power, even the Four Emperors found it hard to compare.
With a wave of Colt's hand, the intense cold dispersed, as if hitting an invisible barrier that kept the temperature around their ship comfortable.
Aokiji's expression grew more serious.
It wasn't unusual to block his cold—many people could do that—but Colt's technique was completely undetectable.
That made it particularly terrifying.
"Are you ready?" Colt asked.
"For what?" Aokiji was slightly taken aback.
"To get beaten!" Before Aokiji could react, Colt vanished and reappeared in front of him, landing a powerful punch!
Ice shattered in all directions, and Aokiji's body dispersed in a flurry of ice fragments.
An ice spike suddenly appeared behind Colt, aiming to pierce him quietly.
"Watch out!" Robin yelled, covering her mouth as she called out.
But Colt remained still, allowing the ice spike to strike him.
To Aokiji's astonishment, the sharp ice, harder than any normal blade, failed to pierce Colt's body.
Colt turned slightly, giving Aokiji a playful smile.
"Trying to give me a massage? You might need Whitebeard's Shock Fruit for that to be effective."
Aokiji's expression shifted, and he quickly backed away, alarmed by Colt's resilience.
But it was too late.
Colt exhaled, and the surrounding temperature plummeted even further.
From the ground, four massive ice dragons emerged, roaring as they locked Aokiji in place.
When Aokiji attempted to disperse himself into his element, he found his limbs frozen solid.
"What's going on? Ice freezing ice?!" Aokiji's disbelief showed as his worldview was completely challenged.
"What kind of ability is this?"
"You can feel it, can't you? This is pure ice," Colt replied.
"To deal with Logia powers, the best way is to use the power of nature itself."
Colt clapped his hands, and around them, the frozen sea quickly returned to its original state.
Aokiji's eyes widened in disbelief.
While creating a vast frozen landscape was easy for him, returning it all to normal was another matter entirely.
Now, Aokiji fully grasped what kind of monstrous strength Robin had chosen to side with.
On the bow, Robin and Nami were in shock—especially Robin.
Her lifelong nightmare, a top-ranking power of the Navy Headquarters, was beaten in only two moves.
'Is this real?'
"If Morgans knew that Admiral Aokiji was defeated, and by the ice element he is a master of, that'd make the headline of the month," Colt said with a playful smile.

"Colt, who are you?"
After trying to struggle several times, Aokiji found that he couldn't break free from Colt's shackles at all, so he gave up resisting.
'Anyway, I lost, so I might as well satisfy my curiosity…'
While speaking, he also looked at Robin, his expression indescribably complicated.
He hoped that Robin would live a good life, but he didn't want her to join such a dangerous person.
"Me? I'm just an ordinary person who wants to kill all the Celestial Dragons and rule the world by myself."
Colt spread his hands and said in a very harmless manner.
But his words were anything but.
"Eh?! Colt, are you serious?" Nami looked at him in disbelief.
"Of course, it's true." He replied instantly.
"Ahhh! Then can I get off the ship now? You are a dangerous person; you are in fact more dangerous than pirates."
"Okay, I'll leave you behind right now, and let me find my own happiness in this sea."
"Don't, don't, I'm joking, don't take it seriously."
Nami smiled and hugged Colt's arm, acting like a baby, for fear that he would really throw her overboard.
They were just joking around.
Nami, with her keen mind, had already noticed many things.
In fact, from the various things Colt had done after entering the Grand Line, it was clear that Colt's identity and goals were not simple.
They had come together this far, and if anyone wanted to leave, it certainly wouldn't be at this moment. And not her.
Aokiji twitched his eyebrows.
He didn't expect Colt to be so frank.
"Are you serious? I'm your prisoner now, so there's no need to lie to me."
Kill the Celestial Dragons and rule the world?
Daydreaming simply doesn't accomplish that.
Besides, Colt had the reputation of a healer wherever he went, which didn't seem to align with ruling the world.
"It's really not necessary, so I didn't lie to you," Colt nodded.
"There's no one in this world who can make me lie to them, and even if there was, it doesn't include you."
"Don't just look at me relaxing while sailing all the time… my subordinates are working hard to destroy the World Government."
Aokiji: …
"Colt, don't forget, this man is an admiral, don't tell him your plans."
Robin's eyes reflected her pain briefly and even a hint of fear.
But her words implied that now that the admiral had heard the plans, he should… die.
Aokiji looked up, gazing at her.
In the Ohara incident that year, the Marines' Buster Call destroyed the island and killed so many innocent people.
Today, as a Marine Admiral, it was time for him to atone for all of that.
He didn't mind dying.
A hand stopped in front of Robin:
"Don't be blinded by hatred."
Colt shook his head slowly, looking at the puzzled Robin and said, "Although Aokiji participated in the Buster Call, to some extent..."
"He is still your benefactor."
"Benefactor?!"
Robin's voice became much sharper, and tears overflowed from her eyes again.
"My homeland, Ohara, was destroyed by that Buster Call! My mom died there! My best friend was killed by him right in front of me!"
"Saul traded his life for mine, because of him!"
In the end, she lost control of her emotions, crouching weakly and crying.
Aokiji pursed his lips and quietly watched.
Nami hugged Robin distressfully, comforting her silently.
Compared to what happened to Robin, she was much luckier.
Although Bellemere had been brutally killed by Arlong, she still had her sister and father figure.
But Robin... she had nothing left.
It was hard to imagine how an eight-year-old girl had survived all this time under the pursuit of the World Government.
"Aokiji is in fact a really kind person..."
At this moment, an untimely chuckle came, and Colt's admiring tone formed a strong contrast with the sad atmosphere.
"Even at this point, you're still not willing to give her the news that Saul is alive."
"Perhaps... this is your atonement psychology? Making her think that you are evil, and had killed him…"
After those words, the faces of the two people changed drastically.
Robin immediately stopped sobbing, disregarding her own tears and snot, she raised her head and asked:
"What did you say? Saul is still alive?!"
She looked at Aokiji, who was also full of shock.
"What exactly is going on?"
"Yes, he hasn't died yet." Colt looked at her and asked softly, "Don't you remember anything?"
Robin's mind exploded in an instant.
She finally realized why there was a familiar feeling after Colt finished speaking.
At that time Aokiji had said things cryptically and now she finally understood that he meant he didn't kill Saul.
"Saul is also a friend of Aokiji, and a very good friend."
"The ability to freeze may be very scary to ordinary people, but for a giant like Saul, coupled with Ohara's soaring fire at that time..."
"What do you think it means?"
Colt revealed all the secrets:
"Although he paid a certain price, Saul survived, and Ohara's most precious treasure was also saved by him."
Speaking of this, even Aokiji looked at Colt, confused.
He didn't know these things!
He had only spared Saul's life, but he had no idea what had happened afterward.
"The most precious treasure? Do you mean Robin?" Nami asked first before the too stunned to speak Robin.
"It's not me, it's the books. Ohara's most precious thing is the knowledge accumulated over hundreds of years!"
Robin smiled and shed tears, to the point of overflowing. She was the one who replied to Nami. She was happy about Nami's innocent praise.
Aokiji also smiled, with a sense of relief: "Robin, it seems that this time, you've found a captain with great powers."
"I've been watching your way of living all this time. You always run away, in order to survive yourself, and abandon those pirates who took you in."
"But now, it seems that such days can be over."
"Live well, although it's not the way I expected, but it's enough."
Because of Saul, because of his guilt for Ohara's outcome.
Aokiji had always kept the heart of a guardian for Robin, paying attention to her growth.
At this moment, Robin was like a grown-up girl who had the ability to break away from the protection of her parents.
Although the road she had chosen wasn't the one her parents hoped for, it was still a good choice.
Aokiji looked at Colt:
"Take good care of her. You have the strength to protect her."
After finishing speaking, he closed his eyes and waited for what was going to happen to him.
He was even ready for death.
